ABOUT ARROWHEAD
Arrowhead is an exclusive, residential gated community with 24-hr. security located at the base of Arrowhead Mountain. Village-to-village skiing is possible from Arrowhead to the new Bachelor Gulch/Ritz Carlton area, and then on to Beaver Creek Ski Resort. There's no line at the Arrowhead high-speed quad lift, which is located just one minute from the house via Dial-A-Ride, Beaver Creek's free, on-demand private shuttle service. The convenience is wonderful!
ABOUT THE HOUSE
63 Aspen Meadows Drive provides a private back yard where you can grill on the patio and enjoy the summer sunset. Inside, features include a stone entryway that leads to a large, two-story living room where your family can enjoy the large stone fireplace. A flat-screen TV and DVD player can be found in the entertainment center. WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS IS NOW AVAILABLE.
The main level also includes a large dining room with hardwood floors. This leads into the family-sized kitchen, which features marble countertops and stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked for food preparation. Located off the kitchen is the laundry room and the two-car heated garage.
Also on the main level, you will find the large, luxurious master bedroom, which offers a king-sized bed and flat-screenTV/DVD, soaring 20-ft. ceilings, and a private patio. The romantic master bath is finished with marble floor, countertops, and steam shower, and features a large jetted soaking tub. Upstairs, you will find two large bedrooms, each with a private bath, and both feature queen beds and mountain views. Downstairs contains a large family room that holds a game table, three sofas (one of which is a queen-sized pull-out couch), as well as a flat-screen TV.
Off of the family room, several bedrooms are located. One is a twin bed room (if you prefer a king bed we can have that arranged in advance) with its own bathroom. Another bedroom features a king bed and private sink, which shares the toilet and bath with a third bedroom which holds four bunk beds---perfect for kids! The bunk room has its own sink, as well.

Having recently stayed at the property over the Christmas-New Year holiday, I can honestly say that the living quarters exceeded our expectations. The house, viewed in person is much nicer than depicted in the photos. The property is in excellent condition, and the ease of the shuttle to the Arrowhead chair lift most inviting. The house easily accomodated 14 adults and 2 children. The kitchen/dining area was fully equipped and the pantry well stocked with the usual herbs and spices. The appliances were all of high quality and easy to work. The only amenity missing is a hot tub. If you plan to visit Beaver Creek with a large party, I would highly recommend staying here. I would recommend that you have a car, since the shuttle service and in town buses stop running at 5:30 pm and taking taxis to the supermarket or to go out in the evening, was costly. It would also make the trips to Vail much easier.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children.
