This house has an incredible intersecting canal view of the 200 foot wide Eternity canal. This canal is 24 feet deep offering tremendous fishing for snook, redfish, and jack right off of the dock! It is just a ten minute boat-ride to the Gulf or to the award-winning Rumrunners Restaurant.
Electric heated pool - always warm! The house features two master suites, plus a third bedroom and third bath. The third bedroom has two twin beds and the master suites have king- and queen-size beds with beautiful new designer tropical themed comforter sets. The large living room opens to the pool and view, and has a huge big screen TV with cable, DVD, VHS, and stereo. The fully-equipped kitchen and nook both overlook the canal and pool.
The house is just five to eight minutes from a grocery store but in a very quiet, upscale area of high end homes near Cape Harbour. Rent a boat for the week and have the time of your life. The house is very close to the Gulf and offers very quick Gulf access from the lower SW corner of Cape Coral - one of the closest areas to the islands. Call the owner for questions about boating, fishing, the views or the beautiful new furnishings. 8.5' vertical clearance at the one bridge before the gulf of Mexico.
