This is a lovely pool home with a beautiful canal view. Home is equipped with every amenity imaginable. It is conveniently located with quick access to shopping and restaurants. Owner is extremely organized and professional. We have leased several homes and this was an easy transaction and house was just as described. Highly recommended.

Words can't describe how nicely decorated and clean this home is. the view of the canal from the pool area is awesome! We loved sitting out by the pool and watching the boats go by. The home is located in a beautiful upscale neighborhood. The property managers, Charles and Maryann were very helpful and always available if we had any questions. The home had every ammenity you would need. All the furniture and bedding were extremely comfortable.We visit Cape Coral several times a year, and would be happy to stay at this home everytime. You could have a great vacation just enjoying all this home has to offer.

Just spent l month at this beautifully decorated and well maintained home. Enjoyed screened in pool and lani area and the pool was always warm. Home is on a wide canal with boat hoist and large dock that is great for fishing. Close to river and Sanibel Island. Publix is minutes away. Owner and property manager are really on top of things. We are booking again for our next trip. Dave & Stephanie Michigan

We found this home neat and extremely clean when we arrived. The home is nicely decorated and easily accommodates six with the three bedrooms and private baths. The pool is immaculate and the view of the canal and passing boats is incredible. The weather has been great and we have dined outside everyday. The property manager lives nearby and was available to answer questions and help us navigate the dvd/tv remotes. To top everything off, the neighborhood is very quiet and the homes well maintained.

What a wonderful vacation in this beautiful home, along with the pool, lanai, and views of the canal! It was very comfortable, clean, and private. Mark (owner) was very helpful and answered all our questions. The listing accurately described the home and amenities, well maintained. Many restaurants and stores near by. Delicious meal at Rumrunners (2miles). Would love to rent again next year! When it is snowing here in N.J., will be thinking of the beautiful views!

Extremely Disappointed

This home is in a desirable area and in a quiet neighborhood. The home itself, pool, and landscaping are very nice. However, when I inquired about the home, I specifically asked about the quality of the bedding. I was assured that it was similar to that one would find in a nice hotel (I have back problems and need a good bed). Vacations are no fun without a good nights sleep! When I arrived, I found the king size bed in the Master bedroom was wasted. It had a huge dip in the left side and a large hump in the middle. Any slight movement would cause the springs to creak loudly. The other beds were not much better and also need to be replaced (we ultimately had to sleep in separate beds). The sofa and loveseat in the living room were also wasted. The cushions were so far gone, you could feel the wood in the foundation against your backside and bottom. To make matters worse, the property managers were out of town (we were told that they would be there to greet us upon arrival and to help us with any needs that we may have). There are plenty of other competitively priced choices in the area. Ask plenty of questions prior to making your decision. Be sure to ask if the owners have stayed there themselves.

Owner response: The comfort and happiness of our guests is extremely important to us. While I do not agree with this renter's assessment, in order to reassure our future guests, I have purchased a new mattress and box spring for the master bedroom, as well as a new couch and love seat in the living room. We have received nothing but positive feedback from all of our previous guests, as well as those that have stayed since this review.

Another Great Vacation jersey people (audubon nj usa) Review submitted: May 20, 2010 Date of arrival: May 1, 2010 We had another great vacation. This was our 3rd visit at this wonderful home. Ate most of our meals outside over looking the canal. The pool was warm and enjoyed it just about everyday. The furniture was very comfortable and plenty of sitting areas to watch the wide screen tv. Thanks Mark for another wonderful vacation. We'll be back next year hopefully for another two weeks. Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet-friendly, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

We stayed here for 1 month and had a wonderful time. The house was clean, the property manager was great in ensuring we were welcomed and that we had what we needed, the pool was fabulous. We would highly recommend staying here particularly if you have a 4 legged friend who is happy to just sit beside the pool in the shade and watch the birds on the canal.

4/22/10 - 4/29/10 The property was just as I expected from the pics and description on the web site.When we arrived we found everything we needed from towels to pots & pans.It was like home with washer and dryer,grill and garage.the living room was clean and well set up with 2 recliners,couch and love seat with big screen tv.Being golfers we played 5 courses all within a half hour,including one on Sanibel.There are plenty of restaurants within 10 minutes or you can grill by the pool which was cleaned and ready when we arrived.The owner is a great guy to deal with,everything he breaks down for you in writing at the beginning of the relationship is exactly what happens.You would have to be crazy to stay in a hotel when you can spend your vacation in this luxury home for less!
