The house is equipped with bath and beach towels, fully stocked kitchen, gas and charcoal grills, outdoor spa and hotwater shower, and everything else you need to live, feel, and experience the Island lifestyle.
This stand alone house sits on a quarter acre of lush tropical landscaping filled with palm trees and exotic flowers. The house is a short 2-3 minute walk to the beach at Hanalei Bay, and about a 10 minute walk to the grocery store, post office, restaurants and shops in quaint Hanalei Town.
Hanalei Bay is a two-mile crescent shaped beach and is consistently voted as one of the Top Ten beaches in the world. Swimming, surfing, hiking, kayaking, and fishing are some of the most popular activities; however, the 4,000 ft. mountains and waterfalls that drop into the sea are what makes Hanalei famous. The Unique Benefits at this Beachside Home
The property is on a quarter acre and is one of the bigger lots in Hanalei. The stand alone house is surrounded by tropical plants, flowers, and palm trees. It is really nice in the morning to sip fresh coffee while relaxing on the back lanai and watch the waterfalls come down. Another relaxing thing to do is to jump in the outdoor spa after a rough day in paradise. The house is a two minute walk from the beach and about a ten minute walk from town.

Aloha! My name is Erik Brandsen and I am an elementary school teacher on Maui. I first came to Kauai in 1982 and instantly fell in love with Hanalei Bay. The mountains, waterfalls, and surf are among my favorite in the whole world. I often come over for the weekend to surf, garden, and to just be in Hanalei. Even though I lived in Hanalei for many years I still get overwhelmed by the abundance of beauty.
