The house and it's convenient location has everything you need to make this your home-base while on Kauai, including cable modem/WiFi for Internet access. Incredible Panoramic Views of the Hanalei Mountains and Waterfalls can be seen from the Large Covered Deck. Beautiful hardwood floors and Island decor enhance the Hanalei experience. The house is equipped with bath and beach towels, fully stocked kitchen, gas and charcoal grills, outdoor spa and hotwater shower, bear claw bathtub and everything else you need to live, feel, and experience the Island lifestyle.
This stand alone house sits on a quarter acre of lush tropical landscaping filled with palm trees and exotic flowers. The house is a short 2-3 minute walk to the beach at Hanalei Bay, and about a 10 minute walk to the grocery store, post office, restaurants and shops in quaint Hanalei Town.
Hanalei Bay is a two-mile crescent shaped beach and is consistently voted as one of the Top Ten beaches in the world. The Unique Benefits at this House
The property is on a quarter acre and is one of the bigger lots in Hanalei. The stand alone house is surrounded by tropical plants, flowers, and palm trees. It is really nice in the morning to sip fresh coffee while relaxing on the back lanai and watch the waterfalls come down. Another relaxing thing to do is to jump in the outdoor spa after a rough day in paradise. The house is a two minute walk from the beach and about a ten minute walk from town.

Aloha! My name is Erik Brandsen and I am an elementary school teacher on Maui. I first came to Kauai in 1982 and instantly fell in love with Hanalei Bay. The mountains, waterfalls, and surf are among my favorite in the whole world. I often come over for the weekend to surf, garden, and to just be in Hanalei. Even though I lived in Hanalei for many years I still get overwhelmed by the abundance of beauty.

We reiterate all the positive things everyone else has said about this wonderful house. My husband and I celebrated 20 years together by spending ten days in Hanalei and this house was the ideal setting. It is comfortable, very clean, and a short walk to both the beach and town. It's also surprisingly private. The hot tub works great, the views from the large windows are stunning, and there are even some games and books stashed away for those rainy moments. My husband was thrilled about there being two barbecues. We grilled several times and made some memorable meals (kabobs with fresh pineapple, beef, and veggies tops the list). Thanks so much for such a wonderful house - it really does have everything you need for the perfect getaway.

This house exceeded our expectations! It was very clean and had everything we needed to make our Christmas holiday an experience I will never forget. Seeing spinner dolphins and humpback whales on Christmas day was definately the highlight. The owner was very responsive and helpful with answering our questions. The description of the listing is very accurate. I will be recommending this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in Kauai. I would recommend the cinnamon buns and spicy chai lattes at Java Kai, delicious!!

Cozy, nice home in a convenient location with a gorgeous view of the mountains & waterfalls on the North Shore. Great layout for a small family or two couples. Owner is responsive & accommodationg. Hanalei is a gem!

The house was as advertised. The location was great - just few minutes to walk to the beach and a nice walk to downtown restaurants and grocery shopping. The hot tub worked perfectly; the washer/dryer was handy; bedrooms were nicely outfitted; the house was very clean and well stocked. We were looking for last minute accommodations and the owner, Erik, was very helpful in getting everything set. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon ~ Hanalei Town was definitely our favorite place on Kaua'i.

The house is super clean! It had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach and shops at Hanalei Town. The views of the mountains and waterfalls from the lanai are spectacular. The outdoor spa was a nice way to end the day. Highly recommend this Hanalei house. Thank you, The Kerns Family
