Enjoy a vacation on the Gulf Coast of Florida in our luxury villa, which was finished in April 2005, in a quiet, scenic canal setting, yet near to gulf beaches. We will take both long and short rentals. Our home will comfortably sleep eight and has all the luxuries associated with a premier Floridian villa, (or a five-star hotel).
The screened private pool, with a canal view and a secluded sun-terrace complete with sun loungers, allows enjoyment of the sun for most of the day and especially in the afternoon and winter months. Pool heating can be arranged to provide year round enjoyment of the water. There are pool toys available for children, and a pool barrier for the safety of those little non-swimmers who visit, which allows parents to relax. Our screened lanai is ideal for alfresco dining, it is equipped with a large table and chairs, as well as a fan and overhead lighting. We also have a gas barbecue for hire.
There are two master bedrooms, with luxurious en-suites and walk-in showers,each has full satEllite TV both of these master suites have glass doors, giving access to the outdoor pool and sun-terrace; and for your convenience there is also a further family bathroom with direct access to the pool. The other bedrooms share a bathroom and have twin beds. This allows two families to enjoy a holiday together. Plenty of linen and towels are provided.
Our home has two lounges both of which will seat all guests comfortably. We have a large wide-screen cable TV and music centre. The kitchen is a fully-equipped home from home, with plenty of crockery, glasses, and cooking equipment. For informal dining the kitchen has both a breakfast area overlooking the pool and a breakfast bar with stools. There is also a formal dining area.
We have included beach chairs, sun umbrella and a cool box so that our guests can easily enjoy picnics on the nearby beaches. As well as having a friendly local management agent available, who ensures the villa is maintained to a very high standard, we have added a personalised guide book which we hope will help anyone visiting, discover why we think this area is one of Florida’s best kept secrets.
The property is in a deed restricted residential community with several championship golf courses in the vicinity. The Rotonda development is ideally located for hassle-free travel, the unspoiled seaside community of Englewood is only 20 minutes away, and a shorter drive takes you to the beautiful beaches of Boca Grande. Golfers will be spoiled for choice, with 20 courses less than 30 minutes away. Our appointed Florida agents can look after your every requirement; arrange boat rental as well as fishing and golf excursions. You can rent a bike (or a play station from our agent), Rotonda in addition to several marked trails also has public tennis courts and parks. There is a large shopping Mall in Port Charlotte but local shops and restaurants are just a few minutes away.
All this explains why our Florida home is: "just a nice place to stay."

Hi Jean Just a wee note to thank you very much for the use of your villa it is beautifull .The area was so quiet yet close to beaches and shops considering the drives you have to make to get to the parks in orlando .We bought a couple of fishing rods and tackle and left them at the villa for others to use if needed we fished in the sea it was great catching fish we were to frightend to touch. Just one wee point before i go its not a complaint just a heads up we did not know what day to put the bins out .In the book in the villa its confusing the bin was full when we arrived maybe better to put something on the fridge as they do up in the orlando villa which by the way was not a patch on your villa just a 7bed 4 bath box no charm and over £2000 for the 2 weeks.
