The two- and three-bedroom apartments are located in Cremia, a relaxing village on the Lake of Como. The residence is situated in a really relaxing place above the lake surrounded by field. To reach the property you will need to park you vehicle on our private parking on the road below the accommodation and walk 50 meters surrounded by a beautiful landscape.

The two bedroom apartments can accommodate five to six people, you have an open space fully-equipped kitchen, spacious living room with a stone fireplace, and a big sofabed overlooking the lake. There is one double bedroom overlooking the mountains and a twin room. Both apartments have marble bathroom with bath and shower. Also both apartments have a separate taverna on the ground-floor with a second fireplace. Outside the taverna you have a spacious patio overlooking the lake and surrounded by garden where you could enjoy barbecue.

The three bedroom apartment is located on two floors on the first floor you have a single bedroom, fully-equipped kitchen a cozy living room, and a marble bathroom with shower. On the second floor a master double bedroom with lake view and a single bedroom with mountain view is located. You also have a second marble bathroom. A patio is located on the ground-floor.

A one double bedroom apartment is also available.

Cremia is a central position between lake and mountains therefore is an ideal starting point for any sort of excursion. The lake is very close by, is located in a strategic position for those who like windsurfing, it has a sandy beach to enjoy sunbathing and a number of water sports, is surrounded by bars and restaurants which is an ideal place to enjoy summer so as the mountains which are very close as well full of walking trails taking you up to meadows and mountaintop.

St. Moritz the stunning and elegant resort in the Swiss Alp is also very close to the property (130 kilometers). Is a great place for those who like skiing during winter but it also really worth a trip during summer and spring because of the breathtaking landscape and it is also great for shopping.

The oldest and stunning golf course in Italy (1904) is also located very close to the property, just five minutes driving from it, is situated in Menagio's Village with a superb view and an excellent restaurant. Mensggio Village is also suitable for the follows: extensive shopping, ferry and boats are frequent throughout day and evening for travelling around the lake, and you a have a local tourist information centre where info concerning sight seeing historic tour, villas, sport facilities, etc. can be obtained. Lake Lugano, Switzerland, Como Town, and Milan are also located near by and worth a day trip.
