VILLA DESCRIPTION:
- Check out our convenient, keyless entry, 4 bedrooms / 2 full bathrooms, 2005 sq. ft. single storey villa (no tiring stairs). Our villa has been tastefully furnished with a Floridian accent, set to an exceptionally high standard, offers a spacious open floor plan. When you walk in you are just mesmerized with the WOW factor. First walk into our Living Room area; great for entertaining and spending quality family time. Our Casual Dining Area; offers a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere for those family dinners to discuss your fabulous day. The Family Room with Large TV, 165 cable channels, and DVD player awaits your yearning to relax after a busy day. Checkout our gameroom and PC.
LOCATION:
- Located in 'Four Corners', a lovely new development set amongst the orange groves, in an area marked for outstanding beauty, with lakes, forests, and meadows. Our villa is only a 12 minute drive to Disney World and close to all the other major Orlando attractions. Situated just 2 minutes from the I4, which provides fast & easy access to all attractions. We also share a few local shortcuts on our website. Within 2 - 5 minutes away are a SUPERWALMART, Publix supermarket, strip mall, pizza parlor, other takeouts, banks, and shops. Within a 10 mile radius of our home there is a huge selection of excellent championship golf courses. CHAMPIONSGATE IS ONLY 3 MINUTES FROM THE HOUSE, with its 2 fantastic courses. Near Kissimmee, Clearmont, and Haines City.
BEDROOMS & BATHS - (4 Themed Suites)
- SUITE 1 - Master Suite (World Room) features a king size bed, dresser, private sliding glass doors, HUGE walk-in closet, safe, and Cable TV/DVD/VCR. Our in-suite bathroom contains an oval tub, spacious stall shower, marble his/hers basins, private bathroom door which opens to the pool deck, and a separate enclosed commode area.
- SUITE 2 - Second Master Suite (Palm Tree Room) features a queen size bed, dresser, large double door closet, and Cable TV.
- SUITE 3 - (Elephant Room) offers two twin beds, dresser, and large double door closet.
- SUITE 4 - (Lion Room) offers two twin beds, dresser, and large double door closet.
- The 2nd bathroom includes a tub / shower combination, sink, and commode.
KITCHEN/DINING
- The Kitchen Dining Area seats eight people. Our kitchen is conveniently setup and spaciously designed to accommodate multiple chefs when preparing that special dinner or preparing food for poolside. Our fully equipped kitchen is supplied with a stovetop / oven, refrigerator / freezer with icemaker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and TPOT (especially for our UK guests), pots, pans, mixing bowls, plates, cups, glasses, utensils, and more.
SOUND SYSTEM
- Do not forget we have an acoustically pleasing in home sound system with individually controlled speakers in all rooms and poolside. The 6 CD changer comes preloaded with you favorite Disney songs and at Christmas time is playing your Christmas favorites.
POOL & SPA:
- Outside there is a large screened in heated 30 x 15 pool & bubbling spa with a dramatic fiber optic, underwater, five colored, lighting display(See Website). The relaxing and inviting spa with extra bubble power that will make you melt away into the day. The spacious deck has an extended lanai which offers sun protection for outside dining comfort. The pool area also includes three comfortable chaise lounges and seating for eight around two tables. We get the sun from early morning which is always warming the pool area. The sunrise is spectacular and great to sit for morning coffee. You can admire the peace and quiet! Sometimes you can view the beautiful hot air balloons as they majestically take off in the distance during early mornings.

We spent a week here at the end of October 2010. The house is absolutely wonderful. Extremely clean. The owner is wonderful and makes sure you have everything you need. The pool is wonderful, both my daughter and son loved it. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. Very easy to find and the drive to Disney is quick. There are a lot of grocery stores, restaurants and stores close by. I would highly recommend this property.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
