View of the Moose Lodge and 600 square foot of deck - Poconos Lodging The Moose Lodge is situated in the lovely private community of Lake Harmony Estates, Pennsylvania. The Moose Lodge was built in 2007. It is a 3 story, 2800 square foot house that has 6 bedrooms and 3 full baths. This house is situated in the woods of Lake Harmony Estates. It boasts a spectacular winter view of Big Boulder Ski Resort along with a partial winter view of Boulder Lake. Located on the second floor is our large great room that has a cathedral ceiling, a 42" Big Screen Plasma TV with a DVD and a stone gas fireplace. The modern kitchen is perfect for cooking for large groups. Its spacious granite countertop has seating for 3. It has a side-by-side refrigerator with an ice maker, a ceramic cooktop stove & oven, and a space-saver microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basic cookware. Off of the kitchen is our dining room that has a solid wood table with seating for 10. On the third floor, there is a large 14’ x 12’ loft that overlooks the great room which has an awesome view of the outdoors through the chalet windows. On the first floor is the 26’ x 18’ game room. This game room has a stone gas fireplace, a 32” LCD TV with DVD, a seating area with a large sofa and love seat, a CD player and an 8’ pool table. The outside of the home boasts a 720 square foot raised deck. A Weber gas grill is located on the deck for grilling. We provide two 8’ picnic tables which has seating for 16 people. Two Adirondack chairs are also situated on the deck. Below the deck is a 6-8 person hot tub. The home is a 1-2 minute drive to Big Boulder Ski Resort and a 5 minute drive to Jack Frost Ski Area. Lake Harmony is a private powerboat lake that permits fishing, power boating, water skiing, sailing and Jet Skiing. We are located less than 1/4 mile from the beach. Lake Harmony has a private sandy beach with a lifeguard, a swimming platform, picnic tables and a beach volleyball court. The home is minutes from numerous summer and winter activities such as skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing, horseback riding, paintball, hiking, white water rafting, fishing, hunting, mountain biking, shopping, water parks, Gambling and golf. Lake Harmony is located 90 miles from NYC & Philadelphia.
