Village Hall 13 is located literally next to the main ski lifts and ski schools. There is not a better location to be had! You will find a wonderful selection of restaurants, shops, art galleries, Performing Arts Center, and ice skating rink. If you need transportation within Beaver Creek, you can ride the free resort shuttle.
Our smoke-free condominium is beautifully decorated and includes all the comforts of home you will need. It has been recently renovated and includes state of the art upgrades.
On the entry level you will find ski and boot storage, a spacious living room featuring a wet bar and a complete entertainment center, including Cable TV, DVD/VCR player, CD player and even Nintendo.
Please enjoy our wide assortment of movies, CD's and games. The lower level also includes two bedrooms, each with a private bath. One of the bedrooms has a queen size bed while the other bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds! Up to the Main level there is another spacious living room with a fireplace and another complete entertainment center and a half bath.
The kitchen is also located on the Main level and comes fully equipped, including a cappuccino maker. Enjoy meals at the dining table and breakfast bar. Additional conveniences include a washer and dryer. Access to our fabulous deck with spectacular views is also from the Main level.
The private King size bed Master Suite is on the top level and includes Cable TV/DVD/VCR. Enjoy another spectacular view of the slopes!
Offering three private bedroom areas,three full bathrooms and a half bath, our condo will easily accommodate up to eight guests. All of our bedding features cozy down comforters and down pillows. We also have free high speed internet access.
Complex facilities include underground parking with two reserved parking spaces. Guest passes are available for the Allegria Spa at the Park Hyatt. This fabulous spa features a complete fitness center, heated outdoor lap pool, full service spa and hair salon.
For weekly stays a mid week cleaning and linen change is included. We will be glad to make arrangements for any additional cleaning or linen services needed.
For your added convenience we offer a Five Star Concierge Service through the Park Hyatt Resort that can handle dinner reservations, lift tickets, ski rentals, ski lessons/schools, day care center, baby sitters, shopping, errands, transportation and many other services.

I could live at this property all ski season! This is a three story townhouse located directly beside McCoy’s Café and the Park Hyatt in the heart of Beaver Creek Village. You could throw a ski boot from the balcony and hit the Centennial Lift. Three levels allow for private grouping of large parties but the main entertainment area is large enough for everyone. The master suite on the third floor has an open floorplan that incorporates the bed, dressing area, tub and shower. The 2nd floor deck is directly over McCoy’s café. You can talk to the skiers coming off the slopes while barbequing on the deck’s grill
