  We are highly recommend this house as a perfect get away!!!! The atmosphere of the house - is amazing!!!!! Everything perfectly set up, beautiful house, back yard, BBQ. We are absolutely sure that everyone who will go to this house will be 10000000% satisfied!!!!! It was a pleasure to be there and we will definitely come again.

  We spent a weekend in Guest House and didn't want to leave. The house is very clean and comfortable. The atmosphere is very peaceful. Our two children had fun watching deers and turkeys. Elizabeth showed us her horses, it was awesome experience. I wish we could spend more time, but we will definitely come back, thank you Elizabeth!!

  We spent an incredible weekend in the guest house-- the house itself is beautiful and tastefully furnished and the grounds are really stunning! The house was the perfect size for the four of us. Liz, the owner, is amazingly hospitable, lending a real personal touch to our stay! We went on an hour and a half gator tour of the property with - a great bonus to our trip-- we really enjoyed it and children would definitely enjoy it as well! We were a group of orthodox Jewish girls- although we were not aware before we came, Liz offers the option of receiving a new, unopened box of pots of pans upon your arrival which you can then toivel in her pond and use in the kitchen-- you can stay there and not have to bring all the food with you! You can also get a new grill from her at a small extra charge. We would all highly recommend this place!!!

  My friends and I rented the house this past July and were very happy with the accommodations. The house is clean and well-kept. All amenties were provided. The views were just beautiful, and our landlady Liz was most gracious. We'd have booked it again for next year but it was already reserved!

  A piece of heaven in upstate New York is a Pine Ridge Farm and its wonderful owner Elizabeth. We took two weeks off from our hectic life in NYC and brought with us two kids ages 11 and 2 to discover a fairy tale world. Absolute tranquility in the morning, crispiness of fresh air far away from humidity and noise of the city. It was amazing to watch our two urban kids bond with nature and animals. Geese, adorable chipmonkks, rare birds, turkeys and horses that kept them mesmerized. Thanks to the hospitality and patience of our host we were able to discover and visit places we never thought existed in NY State, like Howe's Caverns, Point Lookout, magnificent Olana Castle and antique shops of Hudson and Coxsackie. It was a dream two weeks vacation! We cant wait to come back in the winter. Thank you Elizabeth for being such an extraordinary and wonderful person. We are lucky we met you! Suggestion to all! You will never find anything that can compare to Pine Ridge Farm!

  Thank you Elizabeth, your guest house is just what we needed! Peace, quiet, privacy… beautiful views in every direction. Deer at sunset, Turkey’s at sunrise, and all while in the comforts of a charming home. The Guest house is spacious and has everything you need. If you are considering vacationing in the Greenville area, and want to get the most for your money, I would recommend Pine Ridge Farm!

  My two friends and I came here during our spring break with the sole purpose of getting away from the hectic life of NYC to regain our sanity, figuratively speaking. It's been a whole month since we came back and I still feel refreshed and well-rested. It was the best vacation I've had for the body and mind in the past three years. We got very lucky with the weather and we couldn't have asked for a better atmosphere to just relax and wander around at our leisure. My personal favorite part of the house was definitely the backyard, which is super spacious, quiet, and beautifully organized. There are tons of things to do in the area. Everyone should check out the Kaaterskill Falls and the Five State Lookout, both have amazing scenery. Overall, this house and neighborhood allowed for the perfect combination of relaxation and activity, and neither I nor my friends had any complaints, all of us would definitely come here again. Also, Elizabeth (the owner of the property) was very attentive and helpful in making sure our stay was perfectly comfortable, and is a great, amiable person. I think it's worth mentioning that when I forgot my leather jacket after having already left the place, she mailed it to my home address the very next day, and even sent me an email confirmation with a picture of it so I wouldn't worry. Thank you Elizabeth for the perfect getaway!

  Myself and two girlfriends arrived at the Pine Ridge Farm on a Sunday afternoon to find Liz, the owner, outside amidst of her horses, wild turkeys, deer and other wildlife. We stayed in the Carriage house for three days. the house was emaculate and Liz has assured everything you possibly would need is available. The house had plenty of room and was extemely comfortable and welcoming. Liz provided us with dinner recommendations closeby which turned out to be delicious! Each morning we woke to sunny skies and beautiful scenery. Each night we had a fire in the BBQ fireplace. Everything about our stay was great; the hostess, the property, the hiking and the animals. The property has walking trails for all levels and across the street is another accommadation that we toured which looked wonderful as well. We are thinking about brining more friends and staying longer. This is a great place for families, friends or couples.Thanks Liz!!

  I've been travelling to Catskills region for the past few years and also other places in the northeastern region. Pine Ridge Farm has been the best experience by far. First, my wife never like the decor inside of any rental/hotel, but this time she was impressed. Believe me she is very difficult to please as far as designs and decorations go. I was surprised to hear her actually compliment a place on its decor. Second, they provide everything you need to make it your home for the duration of your stay. In the past, I always ended up buying things like knife that actually cuts and pots that actually let your food out of it in one piece, but none of that was needed as the place had everything in top working order. they have things that one wouldnt expect to see in a rental like extensive spice rack, plastic wrap, and dinnerware that you would want to use. Third, the view in the morning and evening just took my breath away. The deer and turkey in the pictures really do show up in front of the house. Overall, if you are heading to Catskills for anything, this is the place to go. It'll make your getaway that much sweeter and memorable.

  I must say this was by far the most satisfying experience renting a house away from home...It felt like being home. Everything in the house was neat and wholesome. Elizabeth was just fantastic in every way. She even made some very delicious appetizer for us on our second day of stay. We (guests) all agree to come and stay there as soon as possible. I, without a doubt, give it 5 star experience. Thank you, Elizabeth.
