  Our stay was fantastic; your house fits our every need. You probably should take a look at the toaster, only heats on one side. (new toaster supplied). As in the past, we look forward to future use. Have a great summer. We had a great time! Perfect weather and really enjoyed the house and kayaks. Thanks for everything. We had a great time – the weather was beautiful! We had no problems with the house and were very happy with everything. Thanks for all your suggestions and thoughtfulness. We hope to be able to come back next year. It had been a long time since we were on vacation and now I remembered how great the beach was! We did go down to Ocean City one morning and decided we were thankful that we did not rent there - too busy! We had a great time at your house, the neighborhood is lovely, and the house was perfect for us.

  These are comments I (the owner) have received the past two summers from guests after staying at the house: "First about your beach home....we had the greatest time! Everything was just as you explained. Over the past 10 plus years of vacationing in the Bethany area, your house provided and satisfied all our family needs. We look forward to these vacations and will keep your house at the top of our list for renting during 2010.
