Charming waterfront cabin at 20 Emerson Island on Lees Pond in Moultonborough, New Hampshire. Twelve acre island property with 20 foot by 12 foot cabin. PRIVATE AND QUIET. Breathtaking views of Red Hill and Ossippee and Sandwich Mountains.
The cabin has recently been renovated. It is comfortable, well appointed and clean. All windows and screens are in good working order. Cabin is very close to water and has water views from every window!
It has a screened in porch with beautiful water view. There are two open loft areas that can sleep two to three each and main area has one full size futon and two foam twin size sleeper chairs.
The cabin will very comfortably sleep four, will cozily sleep six and accomodate up to eight. There is plenty of room outside for tents. Lees Pond is a great place to fish and bird watch.
