This beautifully decorated, well equipped home features a spacious living room on the main level with a gas fireplace and powder room. The connecting family room, kitchen and dining area open onto a private deck.
A heated pool and spa are steps from the front door. There are two bedroom suites upstairs, each with TV and private bath. One bedroom has two twin beds and a single bed in a curtained alcove and the other bedroom has a queen bed and a fold out futon bed. An office with DSL access and two desks is on the lower level.
There is an attached garage with laundry and parking for one car and plenty of guest parking on site.
This quiet townhouse community is two and a half blocks from the beach and strand and less than a mile from either the Hermosa Pier and Downtown Plaza or the Redondo Beach Pier and King Harbor Marina. The Strand is part of a bike/walking trail along the ocean that goes south as far as Palos Verdes and north to Santa Monica and beyond.
