Unique TWO COTTAGE property on Chippewa Bay is a private,hide-away with two docks. Enjoy one cottage or both.
Use the larger three bedroom cottage for yourself and invite friends/ family /inlaws to visit using the smaller two bedroom cottage. Privacy for everyone.
These cottages are on the Quiet Part of the St. Lawrence River just across from Historic Singer Castle. Only 15 minutes on land from Alexandria Bay for Shopping, Restaurants, Tour Boats to Heart Island, Boldt Castle and the 'Thousand Islands' as well as Golf, Mini Golf, Go Cart Tracks, Jet Skiing and rentals, two state parks and many other vacation entertainments. Or for something different, take a short trip across to the Casion or visit Historic Kingston on the 'Canadian side'.
On the water, all of the 'Thousand Islands' is at your door, and Chippewa Bay is one of the best fishing spots on 'The River'. Also great for those who love to Kayak, Canoe, or do a little water skiing
The larger, two story cottage has two bedrooms and a small office upstairs, with the third bedroom, a living room, a very large deck, kitchen and bath on the first floor. The second cottage has two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen/eating area and bath all on one floor. The owners always found that having two cottages gave their guests a more private and relaxing vacation. Very comfortably furnished, all the ammenities of home.
Public boat launch nearby has a small store for gas, ice cream and other essentials.
Either cottage may be rented alone, based on availability.

Our family stayed at the larger of the two homes and I must say if you are going to do the 1000 Islands right than this is the place to stay. Views were spectacular, cottage was clean and quite roomy, very private and serene. Loved every minute of it and looking forward to 2 weeks next year.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.
