“The Retreat” is a spacious luxury home featuring a heated 24' by 14' private pool located a mere 25 yards from the Gulf of Mexico in the exclusive Community of Frangista Beach! This home affectionately named “The Retreat”, is a custom built, Mediterranean style beach home professionally decorated with the finest appointments throughout. The home boasts roughly 3200 square feet of luxury living space with 10 ft. ceilings and beautiful custom concrete floors in addition to over 300 square feet of beautiful balconies providing great views.
First floor Amenities: A fully equipped kitchen with GE Professional stainless steel appliances, dining room with comfortable seating for 8 in addition to 3 counter chairs and utility room with heavy duty washer/dryer. The family room is highlighted by a 50” Plasma TV/DVD, 2 full size couches, 2 chairs and professionally decorated by a well known local designer. The first floor bedroom features King bedding with TV/DVD.
Second floor Amenities: The second floor features 3 bedrooms. The first is a larger Master Suite great for not only sleeping but private parental or family relaxation. This Master has King bedding, a private Bathroom/Shower with 2 sinks and a walk-in closet that can be used as a small nursery for a Toddler. The Master also features 58” Plasma TV/DVD, full size couch and 2 chairs, perfect for watching movies after a great day on the beach. The Master also has private access to the second story Veranda. The second bedroom is a great Kids “getaway” featuring 3 sets of bunk beds, a Foosball table and 32”TV/DVD. The third bedroom has queen bedding and 27” TV/DVD. A Jack and Jill bathroom is shared by these 2 bedrooms.
The spacious back yard is highlighted by a gorgeous private pool and large pool-deck surrounded by over 16 palm trees is ideal for casual or formal entertaining. If you prefer the beach, Destin’s gorgeous sugar white beaches are a 30 second walk from our front door.

This home has tons of space to sprawl out! we had two families staying together and STILL had an unused bedroom. jOhn, the owner was GREAT to deal with. our dryer broke and he had a brand new one delivered first thing in the morning. the house and pool are beautiful...steps to the beach! it was a memory maker and our kids are begging to go back next year.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

Very nice place. We loved the pool, very private and clean. Short walk to the very nice beach. House was clean and very comfortable. Very kid friendly. We planned vacation last minute and owner was very accommodating, as in within 3 hours of arrival. Would definitely stay again.
