This is the vacation paradise you have been dreaming of! This condominium has been newly remodeled and tastefully decorated. It feels light, bright, and very private. Located just outside the front door lies a large, spacious, wooden deck with attached, private, boat dock. Located just one mile from Fifth Avenue and downtown Old Naples, famous for its fine restaurants, art galleries, boutiques, antique stores, and, of course, the world-class beaches of Southwest Florida. Just 2 blocks walk you will enjoy the shopping and dining of the new Naples Bay Resort & Marina which was just completed in the Spring of 2008. Rental boats are available and if your lucky, you may spot a Manatee!
Imagine cooking on the gas grill in the warm, South Florida, early evening sunshine followed by cocktails and dinner by the waterway from the high-top patio furniture. The canal waterway provides direct Naples Bay access to those boating enthusiast.
Enjoy the serenity of this two-bedroom, two-bath condominium. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with a down, feather bed on top of the mattress. Feels like your sleeping on a cloud. You will walk through the large pass-through closet, which leads to the master bath. There is also a TV and DVD player for watching movies in bed.
The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a wall mounted TV. There is a nice size second closet in this room.
High-speed Internet connection and a fax/copy/scanner machine have been left in the unit for anyone who may need to conduct business during their stay. The disk for the mulit-funtion machine has been left so you can install on your laptop.
The living and dining area is open, yet very cozy with a great view of the tropical plants located on the dock just outside the sliding glass door. Satellite radio, DVD/VCR, and CD players are located inside the TV hutch.
There is a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you could need.
This condominium really does have it all and I do not think you will find a better value for your money.
