This rental was filthy. The floor was so dirty that our feet were black on the bottom after crossing the room. My husband was so disgusted by it he found a container, filled it with soapy water and washed the entire condo floor. There were globs of dust on the fan blades and in the exhaust fan in the bathroom. It smelled musty. It had a view of the gulf but the windows were so dirty you could not see out of them. I washed the windows so we could enjoy the view. The patio furniture on the porch was covered in dirt and we did not even use it. When we tried to open and close the drapes on the patio window the entire rod fell off. Do not rent this unit. This was our third VRBO experience and it was awful.
Owner response:The costumer needed to let me know that she was unhappy with unit rented. I would have gladly accommodated her in a different unit or gladly given her all her money back. She stayed the 3 nights then went home and complained. I did give her 1 nights credit. This condo is right by the water and sand is everywhere and carried in.
