Take a vacation Casa Las Palmas, a 2300-square-foot, two-story vacation home in the Royal Sands beachfront community. Front and rear second-story balconies have tables and chairs for relaxing views of the gulf from the front and the risacca out back. Wild life watching on the risacca has included egrets, herons, roseate spoonbills, wild turkeys, and turtles. Landscaped yards and patios surround the home for an early morning breakfast, afternoon relaxation, or evening fun in the cool breeze. Swim or sunbathe at two community pools with the adult pool across the street and the family pool one block away. You can take a short walk to the silky sand beach for gulf ocean fun and games.
This bright and cheery home is loaded with amenities such as furnished satelite TV and DVD players in all bedrooms and the living room, central air conditioning, and DSL internet access in the living room. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave and oven, with a full-size washer and dryer in the utility room. The four carpeted bedrooms contain one king-size bed in the master bedroom, one each queen-size bed in the guest upper and lower bedrooms, a twin trundle bed in the middle upstairs bedroom, and a queen-size inflatable mattress. The house sleeps 10 people comfortably. It is fully furnished and ready to rent for your next beach vacation.
Port Aransas is five minutes away with great fishing, boating docks, parks, and dining opportunities. If you are looking for more big city entertainment or shopping, Corpus Christi is 25 minutes up the road.
