Enjoy this 3 bedroom condo on the tenth floor (west corner) at the Pearl of Navarre Beach. Luxuriously decorated with first-class custom furnishings, custom fabrics, and Caribbean-inspired colors. The gulf-front king-size master suite opens to your own private, gulf front tiled balcony and includes large walk-in closet, bath with whirlpool, separate walk-in shower, two vanity areas, TV/DVD, and ceiling fan.

The second master bedroom is at the opposite end of the unit also has king-size bed, plantation shutters, whirlpool/shower combination, TV/DVD, stereo, ceiling fan, and own private balcony with panoramic water views and mainland views.
The third bedroom has comfortable side by side single beds, TV/DVD and ceiling fan.
The living room has an oversized sectional sofa with queen-size sofa bed, ceiling fan, TV/VCR, DVD, and stereo. Custom cornices. Window treatments offer black-out privacy for sleeping. The large dining room easily accommodates eight people with 4 additonal seats at the breakfast bar. It has a conveniently located wet bar opposite the dining room with mini fridge.
The gourmet kitchen is well equipped with granite tops, stainless steel garbage disposal. Coffee bar and corner table/chairs are ideal for viewing the panoramic beauty of the gulf, all this while enjoying coffee. There is also a full-size washer/dryer located in the separate laundry room off the kitchen.
Along the beautiful gulf beach are walking/biking paths. Bikes, jet ski, and sailboat rentals nearby are within walking distance. The island has several excellent restaurants. Shopping, movies, wide variety of restaurants can be enjoyed either in Navarre or in Pensacola/Destin/Fort Walton - all an easy 20-30 minute drive from Navarre.

Why the Owner Chose Pearl of Navarre Beach
We travel quite extensively - however, we have never experienced a beachlike setting as serene or more picturesque as Navarre Beach. The sunsets and sunrises are something to behold. The small town setting reminds me of growing up in a simpler time and place. Relaxation just comes naturally when we visit. It soothes my soul!!

This condo was the perfect place for a quiet Christmas retreat for our multi- family get-together. Clean, well maintained, and comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. The views were spectacular and Navarre is such a nice contrast to the crazy Destin scene. You will find tranqulity here , especially in the winter off-season. To those who need a large variety of eat-in restaurants like Destin offers, you will be disappointed but there are a few places and the condo kitchen is fully equipped for cheaper family meals. Plenty of security with the gated parking lot and common areas. Nice pool/spa, BBQ grills, and of course the beach. The owner was a pleasure to work with. We will be back!

My family just spent a week in Navarre and were fortunate to find this condo! I highly recommend this condo for many reasons...the view is outstanding, the unit is just as pictured--very clean-great space with 2 master suites provides true privacey,owners wonderful to work with---direct access to condo with NO waiting in lines at a realty office!! Navarre is such a change of pace--true relaxation,but with everything you need within a few minute drive---dont miss this condo!! :)

We had a 3 day great weekend get away with 4 adults and 3 young kids, the condo is HUGE and the pool / beach are wonderful! The owner was very fast and responsive to questions / concerns. The heated pool was nice in May, the view and location are very relaxing. Thank you!!

Spacious and welcoming, this unit at the Pearl was an ideal setting for my group of women who wanted to simply unwind and relax. The decor was homey yet not overdone or cluttered. Roominess of the unit was delightful, including the two porches overlooking the water. It's rare to find a unit kitchen so well equipped as we prepared a gourmet meal one evening, and lacked for nothing. I have noted the owner's contact information with a plan for future visits, and would not hesitate in recommending to others. Navarre is an easy distance away from shopping in Destin, and even Pensacola. Beach, pool and hot tub were a plus, too. Thoroughly enjoyable time!

My friends and I rented this condo for a weekend gate-away. When we arrived we were surprised to see just how beautiful Navarre Beach and the condo really were. We could not have asked for a better location or place to stay. The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed plus some. Pat was also extremely helpful and made the entire booking process easy and stress free. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a wonderful and relaxing time.

My husband and I along with my sister and her family stayed the the condo Oct 15 til Oct 19. We loved and thought it was absolutely beautiful. Even the men liked it. My neice thought it was the best place we had ever stayed at. We hope to make a trip back next year.

We rented this unit in June and were extremely happy with the accomodations. The condo was very clean, quite beautiful, and extremely comfortable. The beaches of Navarre are absolutely beautiful and it is the perfect place for a family vacation. We will DEFINITELY rent from the Chappels again-whether it be this unit or any of the other units they own. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!
