Watch the kids swim from your 469 sq ft balcony on this 1st floor unit with New York SOHO décor that is just steps away from one of three pools. Don't bother waiting on an elevator, walk right into your unit. The 2nd largest balcony of this 24 floor building features a large glass top table which seats 6 along with a settee, 2 chairs, 2 ottoman and a coffee table. Walk in from the 8ft sliding glass doors of the balcony into the 9ft ceilings of the Living/Dining Room (13'8" x 25'11") on one side or the Master Bedroom (12' x 14'3") on the other.
The kitchen opens up to the Living/Dining Room and features Granite countertops, Tile floors, a Breakfast bar, Built-in microwave, Refrigerator w/ice maker, and a dishwasher. All appliances are made of Stainless Steel. The Second Bedroom (11'6" x 10'3") is separated from the Master Bedroom by its own bathroom along with the Master Bathroom. The Bunk room is in the front and is a perfect hideaway. The Master and Second Bedroom has a TV/DVD. The Bunk Room has a DVD player. There is carpeting in all bedrooms.
Should you feel the urge to exercise, just 2 doors down is the on-site fitness facility which has various cardio machines, free weights and a multi-station workout gym. There is also a steam room and sauna.
Ariel Dunes is located in the Seascape Resort with access to over 2,000 ft of powder white sand, emerald green waters, a championship 18-hole golf coarse, eight tennis courts and more. Just east you'll find the Largest Designer Outlet Center and just west is the fabulous Destin Commons Mall. You are minutes away from fine or casual dining and elegant boutiques and just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Dine at Cabana Café which is on-site.
This is a family vacation rental and we do not rent to vacationing students. This is a NON-SMOKING unit.

Why the Owner Chose Ariel Dunes II
Having the most beautiful beaches in the United States along with easy access for visitors made it an easy decision to buy vacation rental property in Destin. This is a family oriented vacation spot and once you arrive, you instantly are uplifted by the beauty of everything. The options of things to do is endless. There are boat rentals, parasailing, world class golf coarses, Big Kahuna Water Park, fine dining, excellent shopping, tennis, and most of all beautiful beaches.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Ariel Dunes II is a new 24 story condominium complex on the resort of Seascape. There are 3 pools just outside my balcony door for use of only those staying in our complex. We have an onsite restaurant along with tennis courts and a golf coarse. We are an easy 5 minute walk to the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast.

Our family had a great time at Swept Away. The location is great, the furnishings were nice, the condo was very clean and the pools are great. Fawn was very good about communicating with us throughout the rental process, and I would highly recommend renting this condo at Ariel Dunes II.

This condo was perfect for our trip! Everything was clean; beds were comfy; patio was huge and perfect; no waiting on elevators was wonderful; easy, easy walk to beach! Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely stay here again.

By far one of the best places my husband and I have stayed at in the Destin area. The condo was immaculate, great location, amazing pool, right next to golf course/beach, and the service provided by the owner was TOP OF THE LINE! We will be sticking with Fawn and her properties for years to come!
