This unit, located on the ground floor of the Bahia, is the perfect rental. No need to wait for elevators or long walks in hallways. You can even access the gated pool from your patio....and when the doors and windows are closed you absolutely cannot hear any noise from the pool.
The Bahia, because of its location on the bay, is one of the "favorite" complex in the reknown Village of Baytowne Wharf. Decorated in an attractive South Beach style decor, the unit is located in the heart of all the action including the Convention Center. The Village teems with life and entertainment. The choices of restaurants abound. Music plays every night in the square or the Famous Door night club or the Rum Runners, dualing piano bar.
The whole Village of Baytowne Wharf has added another dimension to Sandestin's incredible popularity. In addition to the Village itself, you can enjoy over seven miles of white sand beaches along a breathtaking shoreline, several pools, four golf courses, 18 tennis courts, a 98-slip resort marina, fishing docks... all of it accessible by walking, or biking.
We accept checks or money orders. Major credit cards such as Master Card, Visa and Discover are accepted with a 3% Service Charge. We also require a $45 processing fee which provides $1,500 of damage insurance.

Tania...just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed staying at your condo last week (Oct. 22 to 26) for the Beer Fest. We had a wonderful stay! Your condo was more than we expected! Spacious, clean and very close to the pool and hot tubs! We enjoyed everything that the village had to offer without moving our car! Great food, entertainment all within walking distance. Thank you for your help! We will definitely visit again next year.

My husband and I just checked out of unit 4121 Bahia and my parents also were in 2402 Grand SanDestin ... We enjoyed them so much and it could not have been a better experience. We will be back and hopefully soon. Will keep your rentals in mind. Thanks again!!!
