This newly decorated/refurbished top floor duplex (a former artist atelier) will allow you to enjoy Paris above the fray like a bird... It has outstanding views of Paris rooftops, the Pantheon, the Towers of Notre Dame, the pink shades of the sunset and the greatest luxury of all in this town: lots of light in all weather! It is quiet too! And it has an ELEVATOR...

DOWNSTAIRS:
The dining area seats 6 comfortably with a bar that opens onto the fully equipped kitchen so you can entertain the cook while sipping a glass of wine and enjoying the view thru the large downstairs window. (The cook can too by the way...sip a glass of wine AND enjoy the view!).

The library/office features a TV with over 105 channels, a stereo, and bookshelves. The desk is close to the one MB internet connection, if you are not equipped to enjoy the wireless.

The kitchen is brand new and so is everything in it, from tea towels to cutlery. It is cleverly equipped to have everything handy and avoid undue bending. It is also tastefully decorated.

UPSTAIRS:
The living room has the most spectacular views of Paris through its large skylight. The sofa unfolds into a bed for the unexpected guest. We ensure that the Pantheon is lit up til midnight for our guests'enjoyement!

The bedroom, with plenty of closet space looks onto the living room through a window and has been decorated to convey intimacy and coziness.

The landing between the bedroom and bathroom has more closet space. The bathroom is also brand new and is equipped with a spacious shower as well as more closet space. It has a heated towel rack to provide guests with warm towels. A hair dryer is also supplied.

The total surface of the atelier is 57 square meters/613 square feet. The lay out of the apartment is such that it supports 4 people comfortably. A smaller atelier with equally spectacular views that sleeps 2 is also available next door: see below "All My Listings"

A NOTE to our FELLOW EUROPEANS COMING FROM THE NORTH, EAST AND the BRITISH ISLES by TRAIN: Gare du Nord (THALYS and EUROSTAR) and Gare de L'Est are a 20 minute direct metro ride on line 4 that takes you to the very entrance of the building! It could not be easier.

A NOTE TO STUDENTS OF FRENCH: this atelier is within a short walking distance of the ALLIANCE FRANCAISE, BD RASPAIL.
