North Clearwater Beach and The Mandalay Subdivision are a quiet laid back residential neighborhood on the active barrier island. There are so many activities for families on Clearwater Beach.
When you want to come back to your comfortable beach bungalow, you would think that there is nothing going on at all. You can take a five minute Jolley Trolley ride to the center of all the beach action or walk one very short block to a very private white sand beach. Clearwater Beach has been voted many times as one of the best beaches in America.
The Buccaneer Bungalow is a bright, very clean beach home with brand new furnishings & tropical colors. Remodeled kitchen & baths. Original oak hardwood floors from the 1940's have been meticulously restored. The location is truly unbelievable. This will be an affordable family vacation that you will not forget and you will want to come back to year after year. Enjoy all of our interior photos. Linens, Beach towels & chairs are provided. There is a washer & dryer.

Why the Owner Chose Other Clearwater Beach Properties
Clearwater Beach is a relatively small barrier island beach town and reminded us of what Old Florida used to be. It's quiet, yet there is plenty to do.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The quietness of the neighborhood is terrific. There are no high rise condos or hotels. Our beach for the most part is private due to the fact there is no public parking. If we want to be in the middle of the action, it is a leisurely 10-15 minute walk down the beach to our favorite bars, restaurants, beach and boating activities.

The Mazzone family took a trip to Clearwater Beach in January of 2005. We had always visited the east coast of Florida, however after visiting the west coast and Gulf of Mexico, we knew we had found our little laid back beach town and piece of paradise. We were not looking to buy a second home, however while we were out on a walk one day, we went by what was then a small, grey, sad looking little beach cottage that needed a little help, however the location was perfect! We purchased in March 2005 and immediately began our upgrades including, interior and exterior custom paint, new roof, installing an outdoor shower, tiling floors, remodeling baths, brand new furnishings and decor, and filled it with a lot of love. We have small children, so the very short walk to the beach is priceless to us in terms of hungry kids and potty breaks. We love it and we hope it is our retirement home someday!!

the house is very clean - the beds/linens are extremely comfortable. washer/dryer are such a plus when traveling with kids. Perfect vacation home for my family (3 kids - ages 7.5 and 3). they had fun in the outdoor shower and the beach toys were a big hit too! we loved lunch out on the patio. Easy walk to the beach (loads of shells on the beach) and some great restaurants nearby. ~ 45 drive to Busch Gardens. GREAT HOME!
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My family (2 adults, 3 adult children) and my brother and sister in law stayed at both the bungalow and guest house during the recent Christmas holidays. Just a short 2 minute walk to the beach. Quiet residential area- 20-30 minute walk to good restaurants, pier and other activities. The runners in my family loved the scenic and safe running routes. House has WiFi, lots of nice amenities. The guest house was an ideal extra bit of space for our family- with a bathroom, small kitchen (no cooking facilities- but a microwave and fridge), and bedroom attached to the garage. Price was comparable to other rentals in the area. Very clean and modern. Mike (owner) was very helpful. I highly recommend this home and hope we can return to Clearwater Beach area again.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Thank you for letting us rent your beutiful home in Clearwater Beach.We were travelling with our 5 children,and we loved the location of your home, Close to the fabulous beach and close to the trolly stop that will bring you right to the center of everything in Clearwater. The house were very well equipt( we were 7 persons living there)and didnt miss a thing.This was our best holiday ever and we love to come back to this location, Its just paradise on earth, and hopefully we will be able to rent this house again.This was my family`s second stay in Clearwater,but my parents have been here fore 23 years now, and they were just as pleased as us,simpley loved this place So once.thanks again for making this a fantastic vacation for our family.
