Hello! We're Tom and Sue and we found our little piece of paradise three years ago through an AARP magazine article extolling the uniqueness, charm, weather, mountain majesty, affordable lifestyle and local Mexican hospitality of the Lakeside area. We live onsite and offer you a short-term (one month minimum) or longer-term rental.
Each charming casita has a full kitchen, living room, bedroom, bath, cable TV, stereo and CD player, high speed internet(wireless) with your own laptop, purified/pressurized water system, and either a patio or balcony surrounded by beautiful gardens - electricity and gas are also included. Perfect for a couple or a single.
You are about 200 yards from the major food market in the area, a pharmacy and a liquor store, Mailboxes Etc., laundry and dry cleaners, live theatre, and local transportation (five minutes to Ajijic village). There are also 12 of Lakeside's most frequented restaurants within easy walking distance. The San Antonio Tlayacapan plaza is only 300 yards away, has a lovely church, several excellent taco stands, and is the center of village life.
Our experience has been beyond our expectations - finding a new "family" of friends each year has been rewarding. We extend to you and/or your friends an invitation to come share our little "piece of peace"!

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Although we specialize in 1-3 month rentals @ $950/mo. in the high season
(Jan-Mar), we are offering two rates for the balance of the year. Casitas with
garden views list at $495/mo. and those with mountain & garden views list at $545.
These rates include all utilities, taxes, and highspeed DSL.
