Imagine enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or an afternoon BBQ on the deck all while taking in the fresh air. Walk the trails of the National Forest as they start down the block from the property. There is so much to do here or just stay and relax! Downtown Flagstaff is only five minutes away and has lots to offer such as golf, shopping, restaurants, hiking, mountain biking, and more! Located an hour from the Grand Canyon, you could take a quick day trip to one of the seven wonders of the world. Our wonderful home features three bedrooms - Two bedrooms with queen beds and one with two twin beds. There are four TV's in this home! There is also a high quality oversized queen sofa sleeper. A fully equiped kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and a huge family room with a lovely fireplace make this a very comfortable home. But don't forget about the game room with a pool table, a dart board, TV and more! Everything in this home is brand new and high quality! We know you will enjoy this place as much as our family does and will long to return for many years to come!

$200 Deposit due at the time of reservation applied to balance due 7 days prior
to arrival.  Credit cards will be charged for any missing or damaged property.
Property will be inspected prior to and after your stay.  If cancellation occurs
within 30 days of your expected arrival, deposit will not be refunded unless owner
can rebook entire reservation.  $95.00 Nonrefundable cleaning fee.
Check-in at 3pm. Check-out at 11am.  No smoking, No pets. 2 Night Minimum.
Housekeeping service available midweek upon request for an additional fee.
