Located on the 17th floor of a spectacular, amenity filled tower, our brand new apartment has one of the best views in Buenos Aires! The balcony extends the entire length of the floor plan so that each room has its own access via sliding glass doors. Double paned glass and solar screening keep the rooms cool and quiet. There is a cable modem (1Gig) to connect your laptop into in the second bedroom / office.
Twice weekly maid service is included. 24 hour security screens all entries and calls you when your taxi arrives. The gym is usually uncrowded and includes a sauna and jacuzzi. A beautifu pool, BBQ area, kid's Jungle Gym, and conference / party room round out the amenities.
The neighborhood known as Palermo Nuevo is 5 minutes by taxi to the National Airport and Recoleta. Palermo Soho and Las Cañitas are walking distance. Here you will find the best dining, nightlife and music in the city. Palermo Soho is also the place for boutique shopping.
You are 3 blocks from the largest park in BA (golf and equestrian facilities), the Polo fields, horsetrack, casino, the US Embassy, La Rural Convention Center and across the street from a world class clinic open 24 hours. Shopping for food is a breeze at the Jumbo Supermarket also across the street.
Our family has roots both in Argentina and the US - as well as Europe. We would be happy to dispel any doubts you may have concerning your stay in BA and will work with you to make sure you have all you need for a relaxing and/or productive visit. We can arrange for child care, shiatsu massage, yoga classes, translation and interpreter services, catering, etc.
