Your "Summer Dream-Inn" will become reality in this spacious, well-appointed beach retreat. Care has been taken to provide you with all the comforts of home and all the necessary toys to enjoy a great family holiday! Ideally situated on a large lot that is protected by a natural area behind, this beach home offers views of the ocean and incredible sunsets.

Our home was built in 2000 and sits at the end of a cul-de-sac. To add to the privacy it also backs to a "green" area which is a large plot of land that cannot be built on so you will have plenty of privacy in the large hot tub ot the heated pool.

Features include two master suites, a recreation room with pool table, mid level den with wet bar, beverage refrigerator and gas fireplace, and a great room with gas fireplace and seating for a small army. Six TV's, two VCR's and a DVD player are also there to help you enjoy your stay.

The newest feature that we have added for your enjoyment is a top of the line pool heater. We know that sometimes the water can cool off on a chilly night and this pool heater does the trick and will warm up the pool quickly to match your personal preference (Propane to heat pool is extra).

Ground Level: The first of three master bedrooms with a queen bed and full bath, another bedroom with two bunk sets, recreation room with TV/VCR, stereo and pool table.

Mid Level: The second of three master bedrooms with a queen bed and full bath, another queen bedroom with TV and bedroom with a duobunk and trundle. There is also an additional full hall bath with Jacuzzi tub, full-size washer and dryer, den with TV/VCR, beverage refrigerator and fireplace. The six man hot tub is off of this level.

Top Level: The third of three master bedrooms with a king with TV, sitting chair and big bathroom with a huge Jacuzzi tub. The great room has TV, VCR, DVD and three-Disc CD changer along with a gas fireplace. Kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area.

Extras: Private heated pool (12 by 29), hot tub (six), five TVs, three VCRs, one DVD player, two stereos with CD, video/book libraries, full-size crib, port-a-crib, high chair, pool table, porch swing, outside shower, two jacuzzi tubs, charcoal grill, two gas fireplaces, wet bar. Parking: Five vehicles. No smoking. Dogs welcome.
