This cottage is located in the quiet community of Allyn, nestled deep in the heart of the Puget Sound. Newly restored this cottage has everything. Three comfortable bedrooms one of which boast a king size bed and the other two have queen size beds. Each room has a cozy sitting area. The kitchen is fully stocked for you to be able to prepare your meals. The staples are all their. A spacious living room and dining room are great for entertaining. A large covered deck and patio with gas barbeque, nice patio furniture. The hot tub on the deck is wonderful in the winter and summer. The beach is steps away from the back door.
Allyn Park is next door with a fun and safe play area for young children. Older kids and teenagers will love swimming in the very popular warm waters of Allyn bay. You can moor your boat at the public dock which is with in walking distance of the cottage, so bring your ski boat, jet skis. bring your kayaks for the quiet waters south of Allyn. Don’t forget your motorcycles and ATV’s we have some of the most popular off road areas around. Just up the hill, less than a mile is the 27-hole LakeLand Village Golf Course offering golfers numerous ponds, gaping bunkers and majestic views of the Olympics and Mount Rainier. Ardent golfers will appreciate the scenic driving ranges, practice chipping and bunker areas. Enjoy a variety of dining and shopping experiences within walking distance of the Cottage.
High Speed wireless internet is available at the cottage to get a little work done or just to stay in touch.

  • Our family had the most wonderful week at the cottage. We couldn't have hoped for a better spot! It was wonderful. We enjoyed several nights of steamed clams for dinner on the patio, hot tubs after the kids went to bed, blackberry picking for homemade cobbler, the park right next door... It was great and we will surely be back!

  • Only good things to say about this property! So clean, and so pretty--inside and out! The color schemes are so pleasing and homey. The garden in June is bursting with color--take lots of photos! Comfortable beds. Safe places for the kids to play. The deck and patio are both covered. The star-shaped lanterns over the patio table are stunning at night. We played croquet and collected shells. The kids played boardgames upstairs and enjoyed the hot tub. Every bedroom has a T.V. My kids didn't complain once--except when we had to go home. I just can't say enough!

  • We had a great time at the Cottage on the Bay. It was so much fun to spend time with our extended family just relaxing. So many vacations we have had have been stressful because we have two small children, but being here was so wonderful, everything we needed to have a great time, and relax. If you are consisdering coming you won't be disapointed. You will have a great time and will want to come back. Great beds, serine view, close to town,yet not-to-close, and lots of fun.

  • Our 3 day weekend at the cabin was absolutely wonderful. It was a birthday celebration and many family and friends stopped by to convey their best wishes. The surroundings were charming and with 18 - 20 guests at each of the 3 dinners, the complete facilities and well outfitted kitchen were very much appreciated. The kids enjoyed fishing off the pier and finding sea creatures under the rocks on the beach. Late night hot-tubbing added to the fun. All in all the time spent at this wonderful spot goes in the scrapbook as one of the highlights of recent years.

  • Four adults and four dogs went on this Labor Day 'dog weekend'. There were activities for the pups [ball fetching in the bay, walks in Twanoh State Park and to the dock near the cottage] as well as for the adults. We golfed, ate, visited and relaxed. The late afternoons on the deck were peaceful and in the evening we roasted marshmallows at the outdoor fireplace. There's a fully outfitted kitchen and a great grill. We had a great time !

  • Our one week stay was beautiful, comfortable and serene. The view is fantastic! Swimming in the warm bay or just watching the tide roll in and out, we had a wonderful time. We will go again!
