Spacious, three-story, four bedroom townhouse ideally equipped to spend your vacation. Located on the south end of Sea Isle City @ 53 East 81st Street. Conveniently situated on the beach block for a short stroll to sand and surf, fully protected by life guards and the perennial hot dog stand. Off street parking is provided and there is plenty of parking for guests.The house easily can accommodate two families. Two bedrooms (one queen and two singles) on the first and third floor, each with full bathroom on each floor insures privacy. A short trip up or down the stairs is the great room The entertainment center has 32" Flat Panel HD TV, stereo, DVD and tape player, and for those who cannot be without e-mail there is wireless cable internet to allow you to stay in touch with the outside world. There is a powder room located off of great room. Also nothing beats the enclosed outside shower for cleaning up after a long day at the beach.The second floor is also has a fully-equipped kitchen and a dining room that seats ten at the main table with additional seating for four at the island. Sitting on the deck gives you an ocean view and also the ability to see the sunset in the evening.Fishing, water-skiing, jet-skiing, bicycling, and beach walking are some of the activities available. You can avoid driving altogether in that there are stores including an ice cream stand within walking distance. Restaurants are easily reached by walking or taking a five minute ride into town. The boardwalk for the the younger kids or the trip to Ocean City for the big rides. The adults can find entertainment as well at some excellent restaurants. For those inclined to travel we are 25 minutes from Victorian Cape May or the action at the Casinos in Atlantic City.A week at this house will make you remember why you were trying to get away and as a past guest said, "It felt like our own home, we enjoyed it so much."
