Handsomely furnished 2nd floor condominium with living room cathedral ceiling overlooks the first green of one of two championship (an LPGA qualifier is played here every year) golf courses with a beautiful swimming pool solely for the condo residents.
The fabulous Plantation Golf and Country Club (clubhouse is within easy walking distance from the condominium) also has an Olympic-size swimming pool, a jacuzzi, 13 professionally maintained Har-tru tennis courts, a large fitness center, a huge main dining room, and a large bar and grille area in a recently built luxurious clubhouse facility. The transfer of our membership entitles you to take advantage of all these country club amenities.
Social functions are on-going. The Plantation complex area is beautifully landscaped with gorgeous gardens, pools, fountains and well maintained condominiums, villas, and homes.
The condominium master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower, and vanity units with his and her wash basins. The second bedroom has two twin beds and can be converted to one king size bed, large wardrobe closet, and an en-suite bathroom with bath, vanity and wash basin.
The condominium is fully furnished and equipped with modern kitchen appliances including dishwasher and microwave. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer off the lanai. All linens and towels are supplied. The main living room has double patio doors which open onto a furnished screened lanai overlooking the golf course.
Both bedrooms have sliding doors which open onto screened lanais. This is a Non-Smoking unit and No Pets are allowed.
Venice has lovely beaches on the gulf and a great downtown with many very good restaurants and stores to peruse at your own pace. Enjoy the wonderful sunsets on the beach- only a 10 minute drive from the condo!
