This Sanibel property is our paradise away from home. We have taken much pride in selecting new furniture to complement the recently renovated kitchen with all new appliances, fully tiled kitchen, hallways, and living and dining rooms, completely new bathrooms with master shower and guest tub and shower.
We have recently added high speed internet access to the condo.
Fully equipped kitchen allows you to eat in as many meals as you want, enjoying them on a screened lanai overlooking the pool and gulf.
The view from the lanai is spectacular, within yards of the heated pool and walkway to the beach and sparkling gulf where dolphins play and shelling is outstanding. Covered parking and elevator allows easy access to second floor entry.
We would love to share our piece of paradise with those looking for a peaceful retreat into a sunfilled, nature minded island. The condo is centrally located closeby to nature and bicycle trails but tucked away in a quiet part of the island suitable to total relaxation and comfort.
As there are only 30 units located in the complex, privacy is foremost. As this property is located on a point, sunrises and sunsets are often seen on the beach as an added treat. Nearby you will find wonderful restaurants specializing in seafood, freshest of ingredients and wonderful service.
Included in the property are immaculately landscaped grounds, sparkling pool and tennis court for your enjoyment. We even throw in the racquets! We have provided videotapes,DVD's, games and various genres of books for all ages to enjoy, as well as beach toys for the children. All linens are included.
Within easy driving, walking or biking distance are nature trails, boating, fishing, swimming, shelling, diving, golf, shopping, movies, and grocery store around the corner.
