Game room two has a sleeper sofa. Both game rooms have full river views. There is a large wrap deck at ground level which overlooks the Ocoee.

$1000/week up to 4 persons. [6 night stay with the 6th night free].
All rates plus 12.25% tax.
Cleaning fee = $90 minimum.
2 night minimum stay except as stated below:
4 night min. July 4, Thanksgiving, Memorial/Labor Day and Christmas holidays.
3 night minimum stay for other holidays and any stay during October.
