Upon entering this townhouse you are greeting by a two story, sky-lit foyer which leads to a large, sunken, living room with romantic, gas fireplace and generous views of the marshes and meadow. The eat-in kitchen features top-grade appliances and adjoins the hardwood floor dining room.
The second-floor master bedroom features views of the marshes and meadow, a king-size bed, sitting area, television, and private bath with jetted tub and separate shower. Traveling with two couples? An additional master bedroom on the second floor features a queen sized bed and a full private bath.
The third floor bedroom with marsh and meadow views includes a private bath, two twin sized beds and an additional separate sleeping area with two twin beds.
As an additional feature, guests can enjoy the resort pool and lounge area which is open seasonally.
Bring the entire family! Adults will love leaving the car in the attached garage and walking into town for boutique shopping and fine dining in local restaurants. This unit is child friendly and features a portable crib and high chair. For older children there are boogie boards for the beach and boards games and a collection of VHS tapes and DVDs.
This townhouse is available for year round rentals. Off-season weekend rentals are available. Enjoy summer at the beach, spring and fall bird watching, or celebrate a traditional Cape May Victorian Christmas.
Policies:
Adults and children welcome. No pets. Outdoor smoking only. Check-in time is 3 PM. Check-out time is 10 AM. All supplies except linens and towels are provided.

Deposits:
Once you have agreed to rent this property a lease for the property will be sent to you. The property will be placed on hold for seven (7) days awaiting your signed lease and 50% deposit. The balance in full should be made seven (7) days prior to the rental date.
Refunds:
If you cancel a reservation the deposit will be forfeited. If property can be re-rented for the same time period you be refunded your full deposit. Every effort will be made to re-rent the property during this time period.
The security deposit of $400 will be refunded within 30 days if there are no cleaning fees, long distances phone charges, or damaged property. |
