This newly decorated spacious, two-bedroom, two-bath, 1500 square foot condominium (ENTIRE UNIT TILED) directly overlooks the Gulf of Mexico on the sixth floor in Tower One at Shoreline Towers. There is an unbelievable, unobstructed, Gulf view from the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom... the pictures are a must see. The simple, elegant decor of black and white will give you an elegant but laid-back feel.
We are located on Gulf Shore Drive in the Heart of Destin, just a short drive to a luxury outlet mall or the Gulfarium. Some of the finest golf courses in the south are nearby and you are in the "Worlds Luckiest Fishing Village". Water parks and miniature golf are within walking distance to make this area fun for everyone. You are also within walking distance to many fine restaurants, shopping and grocery stores.
You will feel at home in your luxurious surroundings. The family room has a mirrored wall that reflects the ocean and the passing boats. The family room has a new 42-inch Flat Screen TV, and DVD player. Please note, there are many game boards/puzzles/books to choose from if it becomes a rainy day.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities needed for a gourmet chef. Plus... this is one of the few units that has an OPEN KITCHEN with a separate FULL-SIZE washer and dryer!!!
The master bedroom has a KING size mattress, new Flat Screen TV with Cable and beautiful views of the gulf from the giant window and walk out balcony.
The guest bedroom has two new QUEEN-size mattresses and a built in entertainment center with Cable TV and DVD player.
This condominium is conveniently located so that you can walk to shops and restaurants with ease or get in your car for a short drive to the outlet mall. If that isn't enough, you can watch the sunset from your own tiled balcony!
Don't be confused by the calendar. We only book this unit from Saturday to Saturday (check in at 3pm - check out at 10am), or by the month.

Stayed here with my husband and our friends to celebrate our 10 yr Anni. This unit was decorated very nice and had everything we needed. We watched beautiful sunsets and dolphins every day. You were very close to the beach and we loved that. The only thing we didn't like was how far you were to the pool, we didn't bring our kids or that would have been more of an issue. Very nice pool but it is a bit of a walk to get there. We would most deff stay again!!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+.

Great view of the ocean. Very comfortable. 30 second elevator ride to the beautiful beach. Loved meeting our new friends (nurse sharks) in the water and saw plenty of parasailing, fish and gorgeous ocean from the patio. Very relaxing. Thanks for having a washer/dryer for our convenience. Thanks again for the relaxing experience in destin.
