Accommodation is a waterfront home with dockage, three bedrooms, plus pull-out sofa, and two bathrooms.
Our modern, raised, Keys home has 20-foot high, cathedral, cedar wood ceilings on a quiet, dead-end street and hidden water canal (only local traffic). With 50 feet of dockage space and fish cleaning table. The canal gives you access to the bay and ocean. Minutes from Tavernier Creek. We are close to Harris Park and Founder Park both have beaches.
Master bedroom and second bedroom have queen-size beds. First bedroom has a full-size bed. Living room has a queen-size sofa. Living room opens to a large, screened-in porch, with two tables that each seats six people and a gas barbecue. Large kitchen is fully equipped with a pass-through window to patio.
No smoking in the house, but of course on the outside porch you can enjoy. No pets.
Amenities include phone for local, you pay long distance, TV/VCR, cable, stereo, DVD/CD player, washer, dryer, and central air conditioning. Close to shopping center, movie theater, great restaurants, diving, snorkeling, and great fishing bay or ocean side. Free boat ramp available.

Just did a week here. The house is great. Really comfortable. Nice neighborhood. It has everything you need. The owner was very easy to work with as well. You will not be disappointed. I have rented up and down the keys for 20+ years. I would rent again. Thanks.

My wife, mother, 1-year old son and myself spent one week in April 2011 at this house. It is terrific, clean and spacious, located in a quiet dead end street between Tavernier and Islamorada. We loved the cathedral ceilings and hardwood floors, all the amenities (inc. washer, dryer, iron, board, sharp cooking knife, crib, etc.) and the Wi-Fi internet. We took all our meals on the terrace, overlooking a quiet canal, and used the gas barbecue a couple of times. It is located about 5 min away from a nice beach and pool (the Founders Park in Islamorada), and 20-25 min away from dive centers in Key Largo. The only drawback is that the internet connection is up and down without any obvious reason. But that's a Comcast issue :(
