This ideally situated property is located DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF LIFT 7 and only 3 scenic blocks to the heart of downtown Telluride. If you are looking for convenience and stunning mountain views amid understated elegance and true luxury appointments - then this is the property for you.
We've provided all the services and amenities of a 5-STAR HOTEL within the comfort of our PRIVATE HOME. This is not your typical "vacation rental". Our condo was recently enlarged and completely rebuilt in a "down to the studs" renovation with the finest amenities and finishes. Then we professionally decorated it with luxurious furnishings, original artwork, oriental rugs, and and sumptuous bedding, and DAILY MAID Service included.
Inside you'll have almost complete privacy with no neighbors adjoining three sides of your unit. The feeling is more of a townhome than a condo. Immediately upon entering you will be struck by the abundance of natural sunlight, spectacular views, and the spacious interior. You will be warmed by in-floor radiant heat under rich hardwood floors. This three-bedroom, two-bath private residence INCLUDES DAILY MAID SERVICE.
PLEASE NOTE: The 3rd bedroom does not have a door yet it is on its own level and very private and therefore we refer to it as a bedroom rather than a loft.
GOURMET KITCHEN
The open floor plan features a spectacular new kitchen with alder wood cabinets, rich granite counters, commercial grade stainless Viking appliances including a Gas Range. The center island serves as a gathering spot for friends and family to enjoy a hot chocolate or glass of wine while dinner is being prepared. The dining table opens to sit up to eight comfortably.
LIVING ROOM
The most luscious down-filled sofa and oversized leather chairs/ottomans will comfort you after a long day on the slopes or at the end of a summer's hike. Sit down. Put your feet up and enjoy the unparalleled alpenglow views as the sun begins to set. A top-of-line stereo system with DVD/VCR/CD and flat screen TV with built-in speakers has been installed for you to enjoy your favorite music or movie. Or if you want to keep in touch with the outside world, connect with the FREE WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET and unlimited FREE DOMESTIC LONG DISTANCE calling within the continental US.
BEDROOMS and BEDDING
We personally tested numerous beds to find the mattresses that would offer you the most restful sleep. These no-spring latex foam mattresses have no pressure points so you will not feel your partner move during the night and you will awake feeling utterly refreshed. Our linens are all 500-count, pima cotton for silky smoothness under the down comforters/duvets which will keep you toasty warm on cold nights.
BATHS/LAUNDRY
JUDITH JACKSON BATH & SPA PRODUCTS, LUXURIOUS SPA ROBES, and plush towels will be provided to you by our DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE. Take a steam shower in the master bath to loosen sore mussels or step across to the two indoor hot tubs and let your cares soak away.
PRIVATE LAUNDRY
A full size Bosch washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. We always try to have laundry detergent supplied for you.
PROPERTY & LOCATION
The property is situated on FIVE PARK-LIKE ACRES and offers two indoor HOT TUBS and gas BBQs. PRIVATE PARKING is also provided. There is a large, PRIVATE SKI CLOSET just outside our unit in the hallway where you can store your gear. Grocery store, equipment rental, video rental, and many other conveniences are all located within one block. The free in-town shuttle, the Galloping Goose, stops directly in front of the property.

Why the Owner Chose Telluride Lodge
After looking in other areas for almost 10 years but never quite 'clicking' with just the right property or ski town - one visit to Telluride and that was it!!!! Bought this place on my first visit to Telluride - and never looked back. Seven months of construction later and Telluride became home! Or at least home away from home. This is the most magical ski town - easy to navigate, incredible skiing, and awesome beauty that no photo can describe.

The condo was everything as advertised and more. We have been going to Colorado once a year since 1993 and this ranks in the top tier. The furnishing, especially the bedding, was fabulous. Ease of use is important and the location was great, close to ski rentals, lift tickets, lift, shuttle, groceries, video rental, wine and liquor, all the important things! We were there for Christmas and our tree was beautiful. Our daughter’s boyfriend asked for her hand in marriage at the top of the mountain Christmas Eve, with snow falling, and we all enjoyed a champagne toast at dinner, what a fabulous Christmas. (She said yes!)We are looking forward to our next trip!

We could not have had a better experience and we have been to various resorts in CO since 1992. Everything was as promised and more. We were fortunate to be there for Christmas and our tree was beautiful. The linens, bedding, and steam shower were luxurious. The slopes,lift,ski rentals, shops, bus, bars and restaurants were as convenient as could be. As an added plus, our daughter's boyfriend proposed marriage to her Christmas Eve as they rode the gondola to the top with a bottle of champagne and the snow falling. What a picture perfect proposal! (She said yes!) Thanks for a great time. We hope to come again.

Everything was just as they described. We had a really nice time and will definitely come back in the summer. They were super pleasant to deal with and very helpful. The place is just beautiful and extremely convenient to the slopes.
