Newly remodeled and warmly decorated, three-bedroom townhome in a great Tahoe City location puts you close to everything Lake Tahoe has to offer. Master bedroom features a king-size bed, TV, vanity, plus two walk-in closets. Bedroom two has a queen-size bed, while bedroom three has a pair of twin beds. All bedrooms upstairs.
Downstairs is living room, dining room, kitchen, washer/dryer, and back deck with gas barbecue and tables and chairs for entertaining. Living room features new gas fireplace, TV, DVD/VCR, and stereo (wired for surround sound). Dining room offers seating for eight. Fully-equipped kitchen features new oven/range, microwave, and dishwasher and an island with seating. Storage closet for skis, boards, boots, and poles.
Complex features two swimming pools (one adult only pool), hot tub, sauna, and four tennis courts. Short walk (2-5 minutes) to Lake Tahoe (Lake Forest Park and Skylandia Park). Parking for three cars available directly in front of unit.
Short drives to downtown Tahoe City (2 minutes), Alpine Meadows (10 minutes), Squaw Valley (15 minutes), Homewood (20 minutes), casinos (20 minutes) and Northstar (30 minutes). Hiking, biking, swimming, boating, restaurants, shopping, and everything else nearby.

Had a wonderful week long vacation a few friends while staying at this location in Tahoe City. We used this location as our base for skiing mostly in the Northern Lake Tahoe Resorts, but we did manage a couple trips to South Tahoe and Kirkwood without too much difficulty. What we loved: * The close proximity to Tahoe City made this a great location * Three bedrooms meant each person had their own private room * Extra futon and air mattress were available for any would be party crashers * Free WiFi (us three tech geeks used the hell out of it) * Immediate snow removal * Excellent owner - had minor issue with condo that was immediately resolved within hours. Also helped with shipping logistics with the main HOA office What we didn't like: * There is no view - the lake is within walking distance, but we never made it down there. * Having to move the car(s) around during snow removal was a bit of a chore * WiFi connection speed would become slow during peak use hours * The surround sound system could use some wiring improvements and a small subwoofer * Neighbors can feel close at times, never got that "all alone" feeling * Coffee maker doesn't automatically shut off (OK, this isn't a biggie but we accidentally burned the pot twice) I can't comment on the recreation facilities located on site (pool, hot tub, etc...) since we didn't use them, but they appeared clean and in good condition. Also can't comment on the location and condition of the beach, but there road signs did indicate that this is a boat launch within the vicinity, Overall, we had a wonderful time and I would definitely rent this condo again.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

We stayed at this cute condo over the Martin Luther King weekend and we loved it. It was spacious and convenient. Definitely plan to come back.

This place was a great home away from home. Very spacious and quite. The neighbors were great and welcoming. Very close to the lake which was the best part. Close to everything happening in Tahoe. I would definately stay there again and again.

This place is fabulous. Clean and cute and easy access to all you want in Tahoe. The owners do a great job paying attention to detail. The condo has many items that you will forget to bring, but wish you had.

The first thing we notice when we open the door is this place is awsome and it gets better the rooms were the best all of use enjoyed this cozy condo, Only 15min away from Squaw we flet like home staying at this place. Phil & Liz are the best great communcation with them..
