There is a KING-size bed in the MASTER,with Ceiling Fan, T.V.and an adjacent Private Bath with double bowl vanity. The GUEST bedroom has TWO FULL-size BEDS with ceiling Fan and a Large, full bath just around the corner, and if you have EXTRA guests, there is also a QUEEN-size SOFA SLEEPER with an extra topper for added comfort. We Now Offer Broadband Internet Access to keep your family and friends updated on all the fun YOU are having.The Kitchen is Fully equipped with Everything you need to prepare small or large Meals, or use the BBQ Grill on the Screened balcony...While watching Your Boat! If you are a Boater...we have a(10x24)Ft.Boat Slip available for your use. This slip is the 2nd slip on the dock,and well Visible from the condo. Only 2 STEPS down to the boat dock and Your Slip!Trailer Parking is available at Blue Moon Marina, Located near The Ledges. Don't have a boat?...Fishing is Allowed from Any of the Docks or bank areas.All of the Linens and Towels are provided, along with a Washer and Dryer for those Extended stays.
There are TWO POOLS at the complex, one sits at the point facing the gorgeous main channel, one is at the front of the complex, OR you can SWIM from the SANDY BEACH.
The Ledges Condominiums are in the heart of the Osage Beach area, and is Close to ALL that Osage beach has to offer.
