Gold level redone condo never before on the rental market. It was my primary residence for 16 years. Large 2 bedroom unit for Copper, about 1050 s/f. Main floor is open concept with large LR, galley kitchen, dining area and full bath, and patio. 2nd floor has large master bedroom with floor to ceiling windows offering views to Village Center and Mountains. Good size 2nd bedroom with twin beds. Both bedrooms have access to vanity area of bathroom, with tub/show and toilet area separate. Large closets, altho we do have a fair amount of our own clothes there too. Three TV's and DVD players plus a VCR. Stereo system. Gas fireplace in LR. Four bar stools at kitchen counter, 4 chairs at dining table. Large coffee table in front of sofa with chairs and either end makes for another dining option, as the table was a DR table I cut the legs down on so it's taller than a regular coffee table, and faces the FP and TV mounted on the wall. Sofa makes into a queen bed, plus there is an air mattress to put on top for more comfort. 1st floor bath has large closet so it can be dressing room and storage for anyone sleeping on the LR sofa. Very well equiped kitchen. Good cookware and lots of it. Stocked with several spices and a few staples. Western theme interior. Complex has a hot tub that holds 16, a sauna and a common gas BBQ grill. Laundry is on 1st floor below the unit. Carport and ski locker just below unit too. To get on the slopes, you can walk just behind the complex and take the lift at the beginner hill, Green Acres, to the top and ski B road over to the Super B. Or you can walk about 4 blocks into the Center Village and get on the American Eagle or American Flyer lifts.

Timber Creek is 6 stories comprised of 3 stacks of 2 story units. Our unit, 202, is in the middle stack, so the entry is on the 3rd floor. Units with a 3xx number have their entry on the 5th floor. There is no elevator in the complex, so if you're from sea level it is quite an exercise.

About the owner: Involved with the original construction of the complex, I'm one of the oldest owners of a unit in Copper Mountain. In the early '80's I bought a large townhome in Winter Park and rented this one out long term. In the late 90's I sold WP and gutted this unit to make my home, skiing a lot. My knees aren't going to allow me to ski any more, so I have decided to rent it out a lot. I have lived in Denver since 1969, relocating from MN after graduating from U of M, and now have a new 2nd home in Long Beach, CA where we will spend part of our winter.
Why the Owner Chose Timber Creek: I moved to CO in large part to ski, and I have had a wonderful 45 years of it. Copper isn't a wild party town, and this unit is on the East edge of the Center Village where most of the activity is. But we are pretty laid back, cook most of our own meals, and like just relaxing at home after a day of skiing. Plus we have enertained many guest from all parts of the world in our years here. If you don't have a car, there is always the free bus system to get you all around Summit County to shop, eat, see movies, etc. An easy commute to Frisco, Breckenridge, Silverthorn and Dillon.
