Renovated with new Italian Ceramic Tile, Granite Counter tops, 46' HDTV LCD in the living room over the fireplace, 37' HDTV LCD in the Master Bedroom, new carpet, mattresses, furniture, paint, appliances and wallpaper.
Interior is designer decorated. Sleeps up to eleven (11) with King and Twin beds in the master bedroom, Queen and Twin beds in the second bedroom and the third bedroom as well as a new Queen sleeper sofa.
Our Kingston Plantation Villa has all of the comfort and conveniences of home, plus the amenities you would expect while on vacation including:

Cancellation: If the reservation is cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival, the reservation Securtiy Deposit will be refunded in full. Reservations cancelled between 59 days and 31 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the Security Deposit. Reservations cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival are not refundable.
NOTICE: Excessive clean up will be charged to your credit card or billed directly to you for our actual cost. Any damage (including smoking) by you or your guest will be handled the same as excessive cleaning charges.

LOVED IT!! It is hard to please 9 ladies but this condo did. These pictures do not do it justice, very clean easy to find and all you needed to stay in or just sleep. It was cloudy the weekend, but no problem we just sat around and relaxed. The Kinston Plantation is very lovely and close to everything you need. Barb was great to work with even though I "bugged" her with a million questions before we got there. This is good for a group or family. If I had a larger family would stay here on my family vacation too.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

If you are looking for space this is the place to be. This place is wide open that would fit 11 comfortably. It is the comfort of home but the feel of vacation. You are near everything from attractions, to golf courses, to food, etc. The customer service I received from the owner throughout the process was remarkable. I was given the ability to even check in early which is great when you drive 6 hours down. I will be using this property for future golf trips as well as family vacations.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed for a week over Christmas with our family. Lovely condo, very clean and neat. The beds worked very well for us. Nice having the single bed in every room. Barb is great to work with. On top of everything all the time. Would stay again.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children.

We were very fortunate to have had the opportunity to stay for 2 weeks at this fabulous condo. It was well maintained and spotless when we arrived. It is only minutes away from the Beach area and shopping areas. Our host were accurate in describing this place to us, right from all the necessities in the kitchen, and also in the bedroom. We certainly hope to be spending more time this year and this lovely location. There is plenty to do within the plantation: lovely for walking, gym club and tennis courts just to name a few. A HOME AWAY FROM HOME. Thank you for a great time.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The photos do not do justice to this wonderfully decorated, cozy & CLEAN beach home!! My family & I absolutely love it! A short walk to the beach & plenty of activities for the kiddos & adults. It's perfect!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We have stayed in this unit each time we visited Myrtle Beach and have thoroughly enjoyed it. The owners keep it clean, and up to date. It is very nicely decorated and well located at Kingston Plantation. We always enjoy our stay, and would recommend the unit to anyone visiting the area. Our family LOVED this villa! My son is 17 months and he had so much fun at the beach, which was within walking distance. Kingston Plantation has tons of pools and a fabulous waterpark! The villa was so clean and had everything we needed! We loved the way it was decorated. The first year we went, we knew it was a place we were going to continue going back to each year...and we have for the past 3 years!! We also love how it is very kid friendly...there are many scheduled activities all day long (shell painting, tie die, hula contests, quiz night, dancing, etc). This place has plenty of room for a large family! We brought my mom, sister and kids with us and there was PLENTY of sleeping room. Lots of shopping and activities close by! I would definitely recommend this rental!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
