We stayed for a week over Christmas with our family. Lovely condo, very clean and neat. The beds worked very well for us. Nice having the single bed in every room. Barb is great to work with. On top of everything all the time. Would stay again.

The photos do not do justice to this wonderfully decorated, cozy & CLEAN beach home!! My family & I absolutely love it! A short walk to the beach & plenty of activities for the kiddos & adults. It's perfect!

Myrtle Beach is amazing . . . so many restaurants, shopping, golf, mini-golf, shows, and fun things to do and see. Kingston is a great resort and super for families or couples. The unit is beautifully maintained and bright and airy. There is a great view from the balcony. Our kids loved the fact that there are multiple beds -- no one had to sleep on the floor or even on the sofa bed, and with 3 bathrooms we were never waiting around to use one. The pictures of the unit were not as pretty as the unit itself. The owners were great to deal with. The place was clean when we got there and everything worked!

We had such a great time ion this place. - The Location - Beach, Pools, Playgrounds, etc. A short fun walk. We spent every day at the hotel bebaches, pools (bars) and playground. Top notch service. Short drive to Golf and all Destinations. Very Central. - The Condo itself was beautiful with plenty of space for everyone. The kid's had fun and had plenty of space for fun (they stayed out of our way). You could not have done more to make sure that everything was clean and new. We even cooked for the first time. - Value - Can not wait to come back. I have not gotten more for my money on the East Coast. Thanks, don't change a thing!!! See you soon (I Hope)

Our family LOVED this villa! My son is 17 months and he had so much fun at the beach, which was within walking distance. Kingston Plantation has tons of pools and a fabulous waterpark! The villa was so clean and had everything we needed! We loved the way it was decorated. The first year we went, we knew it was a place we were going to continue going back to each year...and we have for the past 3 years!! We also love how it is very kid friendly...there are many scheduled activities all day long (shell painting, tie die, hula contests, quiz night, dancing, etc). This place has plenty of room for a large family! We brought my mom, sister and kids with us and there was PLENTY of sleeping room. Lots of shopping and activities close by! I would definitely recommend this rental!

We were very fortunate to have had the opportunity to stay for 2 weeks at this fabulous condo. It was well maintained and spotless when we arrived. It is only minutes away from the Beach area and shopping areas. Our host were accurate in describing this place to us, right from all the necessities in the kitchen, and also in the bedroom. We certainly hope to be spending more time this year and this lovely location. There is plenty to do within the plantation: lovely for walking, gym club and tennis courts just to name a few. A HOME AWAY FROM HOME. Thank you for a great time.

Our family loved the villa. Had everything you could possibly imagine for little kids (portable crib, high chair, stroller, bed rail). Close to everything. The walk to the beach was about 4-5 minutes. Very easy with our 4 kids, ages 11 months, 3, 5, and 12. Highly recommended.

Staying at the Kingston Plantation is the most relaxing family vacation ever. We've been to Hawaii, California, Disney and just about everywhere else you can think of, but the trip to Kingston Plantation in Myrtle Beach is the only place that I actually feel like I am on vacation. The condo is OUTSTANDING, and the activities to do throughout the day are unreal. Dancing, singing, games, treasure hunts, and best of all the water park. And at night, laser tag is minutes away, an amusement park is just miles away and the Boardwalk by the Bay is a great place to visit. Alligator land is minutes away and just about any restaurant you can think of is just a quick drive away. We make the trip to Myrtle Beach every year, and will keep going back to this luxurious condo at Kingston Plantation.

We had an amazing time here! The place was beautifully decorated and very clean. It has lots of beds and space for several families to be comfortable. There were lots of activities for many ages and the kids all had a ton of fun everyday. Our kids were 4 and 10 when we first went, but are now 8 and 14 and still love it! We enjoyed it so much, we've been back several times and its our favorite vacation spot! There are 2 lakes with lots of stores and restaurants nearby and shopping and golf are right around the corner, but the pools are enough for most days.

Having spent many vacations in Myrtle Beach when growing up in North Carolina, I have stayed in a lot of Myrtle Beach locations. This villa was incredible! First, it looks like it was decorated by a professional designer. It has modern appliances and electronics and everything was very well maintained. The villa is perfect for a larger family, 2 couples or two small families, because there are a lot of beds! Kingston Plantation has so much to do, you never really have to leave the property, and the beach is within a short walk. Kids can ride bikes on the property, and there are tons of things to do including many pools and activities. If you've never been to a SC beach, you are in for a real treat -- the beaches are wide and clean and the water is temperate -- perfect for swimming or wading. I would definitely go back and would recommend this villa highly!

My family has stayed at this rental property several years now. The pictures don't do justice, the place is beautiful. Every activity you can think of is available for the adults as well as the children. The villa has always been well-maintained. Always a joy to look forward to arriving. If there is a question the owners are always available for questions. You will not be disappointed with your stay, it is beautiful. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. Love the pools available for use, the water park and the lazy river. When your stay is over, you will begin thinking about your vacation next year. Thank you for making our vacations so relaxing and enjoyable.

We have stayed in this unit each time we visited Myrtle Beach and have thoroughly enjoyed it. The owners keep it clean, and up to date.
