The "Four Seasons Grand Getaway" invites you to an open-spacious floor plan with relaxation in mind. The upstairs is the perfect configuration - a cozy master bedroom with a queen bed, a second large bedroom with a queen bed and set of bunk beds, and a private second floor bath. The main floor includes a family room with a beautiful two story stone fireplace and two story picturesque windows that overlook Lake Ann. The large, fully equipped kitchen has an oversized island ideal for entertaining or cooking up a feast. A large, fully furnished den is located off the family room and provides panoramic views of the northern surroundings. Relax with a good book or socialize with friends and family over a game of cards while sitting in this totally screened-in den that maximizes your enjoyment.
A fully equipped downstairs contains the third large bedroom with a queen and set of bunk beds, a full bath and recreation room for all ages. The recreation room is fully furnished with a futon, overstuffed chair, and game table. Don't let rainy days hamper your vacation. The kids can play downstairs while the adults visit, play cards, watch T.V. or listen to music on the main level.
Outside provides two-levels of deck that overlooks peaceful Lake Ann. Enjoy family BBQs or allow yourself to bask in the sun on the large deck. Additionally, the large flat grassy lawn that leads to the beach has a swing set that your kids will love and be sure to enjoy the paddleboat as you cruise around the lake. Additionally, this ideal private lot is maintained and landscaped for fun, recreational activities; volleyball, badminton, etc. and don't forget your fishing pole and hiking boots.
Conveniently located on the west side of Lake Ann adjacent to the Pier Marquette State Forrest. Just 20 minutes from downtown Traverse City, which offers fabulous dining, shopping and entertainment. Additionally, you are just minutes from over 25 area golf courses, the Interlochen Center for the Arts, and Sleeping Bear Dunes near Glen Arbor. If you like canoeing or tubing, you are only minutes from four fantastic rivers (Platte, Betsy, Manistee and the Boardman). During the winter, downhill and cross-country skiing are within a 20-minute drive to Crystal Mountain.
