Beautiful home facing Lake Granby, the Continental Divide and the Indian Peaks Wilderness area. Fantastic views from every window capturing amazing sunrises and alpen-glow sunsets over the lake and Arapahoe National Forest.

Our home is located between Granby and Grand Lake on Hwy 34, just 7 miles from the gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park., on Lake Granby. Plenty of parking to bring your boat, snowmobiles, ATV's or RV's. Lake Granby boat ramp directly across Highway 34.

Upper level includes a fully equipped kitchen, washer / dryer, dining room is sunny with bay window, and living room is comfortable with house plants, games, books, puzzles and satellite TV / DVD. 3 queen bedrooms with quality bedding, log furniture and beautiful quilts, 2 full bathrooms. Horse friendly accomodations

Lower level includes family room with ping- pong table and second TV, computer with internet access. 4th bedroom includes 2 twin brass beds. A half bath is complimented with a separate steam room / shower.
