“Lazy Daze” is a Luxury 5 bedroom, 4 bath beach home located in the exclusive Community of Frangista Beach. This 3,800 square foot custom built home features a beautiful 24’ by 14’ Private heated pool, two large Verandas facing the Gulf of Mexico while located a mere 20 yards from the private beach access. The outdoor entertainment area features a deck with gas BBQ and teak dining with seating for 6 while overlooking a beautiful tropical pool setting.
First floor Amenities: The dining room features seating for 8 in addition to 3 counter chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with GE Professional stainless steel appliances. The large family room is highlighted by a 50” Plasma TV/DVD, full size couch with 2 love seats and tropical artwork from a well known Destin Artist. The first floor bedroom features a queen bed with TV/DVD.
Second floor Amenities: Features 2 private master bedrooms. The first master features King bedding, 50” Plasma TV/DVD, walk-in closet (with a Pack n Play) that can be also be used as sleeping quarters for a Toddler, and larger bathroom with travertine tile, a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and 2 sinks. The second master features a King bedding, 27” TV/DVD, and a private bath/shower with double sinks. Both masters share the private second story veranda facing the Gulf of Mexico.
Third floor Amenities: The third floor features 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a Queen bed, 2 twin beds and a 27” TV/DVD. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, 1 twin bed and a TV/DVD. Both bedrooms share a bathroom/shower.
