This luxury apartment is in a newer building one block from the Recoleta Village. It is very spacious with over 750 sq. feet (70 sq. meters). It has a balcony and the apartment gets plenty of sunlight. It is a perfect alternative for those that do not want to be cramped in a smaller hotel room or apartment. The apartment couldn't be better located. You walk out your door and you are one block from the Recoleta Village. The apartment has modern amenities like a video phone with camera to the front door and the ability to open the door from your apartment and see your guest. Most buildings in the city you must go down for food deliveries or to open the door for guests. There is a doorman during the day and security staff at night for your safety. There is a BBQ (parilla) if you want to grill out during the warmer months.
This loft apartment is very modern with all new furniture and electronics. This building is a good option for people that usually stay at the near by expensive hotels. In fact, many of our clients were former hotel guests and have discovered that they will never go back to a hotel compared to our properties. As always, we have a client concierge that can assist with airport transportation, city tours, restaurant reservations and anything a hotel concierge would typically do. She speaks fluent English/Spanish.

Successful entrepreneur that believes that you should live each day like it's your last. What would you do if you had 3 years to live? I would travel the world and see places and do things that most people only dream about.
I truly believe that you should be with the person you enjoy being with, you should visit the cities you've always dreamed of visiting and you should live in a city that you are passionate about. I found that most people complain about various aspects of their lives yet they do nothing to change it.
To me it's very simple. If you aren't happy with your partner you find another one. If you don't like your job - quit and find another one. If you don't like the city you are living in - move to another one that you like better. Life is what you make of it.
