We have a wonderful first floor condo has everything that makes for a vacation and/or Executive stay to remember!

We have furnished this unit with all high quality, classic, and solid furniture such as Stanley, Thomasville, and Ethan Allen. We travel extensively and take time to hand pick art and items for others to enjoy in our units....if nothing else, to feel as though they are on a vacation every day as we do when we do staycations. The guest bedroom is a city theme with local art from cities across the country. The dining room is wine and foodie theme with art from Savannah, wineries, and other locations. The master bedroom is a relaxing ocean theme from Hawaii and other locations. Various scenes are throughout the rest of the condo.

The kitchen has granite countertops, cherry cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and everything to create a gourmet meal!

There is a full in unit laundry room.

Located in a lake development, you can choose to rent a car to travel the state, or opt to shuttle from the airport and never need a vehicle again. Upscale to family style restaurants are within walking distance, and even more are just a short bike ride away.

The condo is in a resort style complex with 2 pools one of which is surrounded by beautiful greenery and the view from the patio and master bedroom (1 heated for all year use), 2 hot tubs, 2 well equipped fitness facilities, a Club House, propane BBQ grills (1 within 100 feet of the condo), and covered parking. You may also choose to sip your coffee or enjoy a glass of wine on the patio that is furnished with a table and chairs. This 2 bedroom is located in one of the nicest and quietest areas of the resort style complex.

The condo is fully stocked with adult and children board games, dvd player, SMART TV's for Netflix, and DVR to keep you entertained while indoors.

Each extended stay guest will be provided a complimentary bottle of wine from our favorite vineyard on Cayuga Lake! In our opinion, the wine is simply the best!

For those that like additional Direct TV packages, please let us know. For an additional fee, we can add various movie packages upon request.

Wifi for internet use. We can set up a pc if you prefer to travel without your own electronics.

Tenants under the standard rate or peak rate (winter) will ONLY be required to pay the $500 security deposit.
