Colington is located on the sound side of the Outerbanks. The Great Atlantic is just under five miles away. Experience the breath taking views of the Canal and Sound from our multi-level deck.

This home has everything you need for a great time fishing or just relaxing. Swim at the community pool or sound-front beach while the kids are crabbing off the dock. Enjoy the children's playground or play a game of tennis or basketball on the uncrowded courts. Bring your boat or jet-ski and dock it in the backyard at our 35 foot pier with electric & water. We love to come home from the beach and have a drink on the deck, while the kids enjoy swimming in the canal in the back yard.
