Photo 1 - Lake of the Ozarks Condominium Rental YEAR ROUND RELAXATION... Welcome to a newly completed 1400 square foot condominium. The gated community of Cedar Heights is just three miles south of Camdenton, Missouri off Highway 54. We are located on the West side of the quiet and beautiful Big Niangua Arm (MM 13) of the Lake. This unit is on the top floor of our building and has an elevator that takes you to or from the pool, parking lot or boat dock! The unit's location provides a great view with little noise and the elevator allows the convenience of little effort when transporting items. We have strived to furnish the condo for your enjoyment. The full kitchen has an open breakfast bar, refrigerator w/ice maker, microwave, washer, dryer, and everything you will need for cooking and eating. The spacious living room has a television and DVD/VCR for your enjoyment. The deck overlooking the pool & lake has plenty of seating for you to relax or to cook with our gas grill. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, private access to the deck, large closet, and a private bath. The second bedroom has a bunkbed with a full on the bottom and a twin on top. It has an adjoining bath with tub/shower. The third bedroom off the loft has a queen bed with private bath. The loft is overlooking the living room and has a queen hide-a-bed & a futon for additional sleeping space and a television. The unit is furnished with linens and towels for all three baths and kitchen. The only towels you will need are for your water activities. The complex has a large swimming pool for your pleasure. The unit also comes with a 10 by 24 covered boat slip. Boat and Jet-Ski rentals are available nearby. Close by are many beautiful and challenging golf courses. Also nearby are dozens of lakefront restaurants and night clubs accessible by land or water. There are grocery stores and shopping in Camdenton only five minutes away and Osage Beach 15 minutes away. We are on a much calmer part of lake... Away from the big, loud boats, and brutal waves. Perfect for skiing, tubing, and fishing. If you are trying to accommodate for even more people we can help put you in touch with the identical unit next door which is also available for rent. A security deposit is required to hold reservations. It will only be kept in the event of damages or late cancellations. Feel free to contact us by e-mail or phone (see below) with any questions.
