Location: Mount Baker, Washington State, USA (At Snowater Resort, 45 minutes East of Bellingham, WA)
Accommodations: Condominium, 1 Bedroom + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath (Sleeps 4)
This one bedroom, one bath unit is located in the 200 Building at Snowater Resort. There are limited views of Church Mountain from my balcony and the Nooksack River surrounds the resort with a trail along it. My unit is fully-equipped with linens and kitchen/cooking supplies. This unit is upgraded with up-to-date carpet, paint, window coverings, appliances and linens. There is a new queen-size bed in bedroom and queen-size sofabed in living room. In addition to the baseboard heat, here is a woodstove insert - wood is available for purchase at the IGA Grocery Store in Deming.
Other amenities include: Stereo/CD Player, ipod charger/stereo connector, TV(no cable), DVD Player, Clock Radio, HairDryer, Board Games. Phone(no long distance - requires calling card).
ADDITONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
This resort and my unit is extremely quiet and relaxing.
There is no cable service in my unit.
Satellite Wi-Fi access is available at the clubhouse. An additional fee is required through the Snowater Office.
There is also no cell phone service available in this area.
Check-in is 3pm; Check-out is 11am. Please inquire about other arrangements.

50% deposit required at time of reservation. Remainder due 2 weeks in advance of arrival. Cancellations less than 30 days in advance will forfeit deposit. Full payment due at time of reservation with less than 30 days notice via Paypal or cash in person.
