Bound to evoke images from Jimmy Buffet's popular song, this house is actually named after one of its owners... Margaritaville... in her own words... What a view!!! Wake up each morning to the sunrising over the Caribbean Sea right out your bedroom window and let the sea lull you to sleep each night.
This new, private, beach house offers all the comforts of your own home along with access to the beach. Search for shells, take long, leisurely walks along the shore and the cliffs of Punta Sur, sleep in, read a long book, work on a puzzle, or watch a favorite DVD while you let yourself relax and drop out of the world for a while.
This is a one bedroom house with a king-size bed. The large complete kitchen has everything you need for cooking your own meals if you choose to do so. Dining area, living room and bedroom with TV/DVD (for DVDs only, no television service), air conditioning, full bathroom with shower, and an eco-landscaped front yard. For seclusion, privacy, view, and reasonable rates, you cannot beat Margaritaville...

We spent the most relaxing 4 weeks in this beautiful, comfortable, well-equipped casa. Caretakers are very attentive and friendly. Sitting in the courtyard or seaside were equally relaxing and entertaining. Lots of flora and fauna. Safe, clean, and very private. Thank you for sharing with us. We love Isla Mujeres.

Why the Owner Chose Isla Mujeres
After coming to Isla many years, we decided to build some permanent. We rented many times on the island prior to building and knew what we would like in a home on the island for ourselves and our guests.
The Unique Benefits of this Private Beach House
We like to think of our house as a retreat for any couple that wants some alone time away from all the daily routines and stresses. Its a place to kick back, relax, be as "natural" as you like because the house and large courtyard are very private. Its affordable and right on the ocean. We have had many wonderful guests in the past who have loved the house and hope to return.
