This is a 5 Bedroom home with an in-law apartment on the ground level. There are 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, and 2 laundry rooms. We prefer to rent the entire house but can accomodate smaller groups who wish to enjoy what Myrtle Beach has to offer. The lock out feature separates the in-law apartment from the remainder of the house.
To clarify, there can be TWO COMPLETELY SEPARATE RENTAL UNITS. The 2 bed room unit (sleeps 4)& 3 BR unit(sleeps 9)respectively, each with kitchen and laundry. Decorated with a cottage theme, the house is very spacious with 2,950 sq.ft. of living space under roof. In addition there is 2 1/2 stall garage and great front porch with glider and chairs.
Vacationers, if you are value minded this is the place for you, your family and friends. 5 Yr old spacious, fully stocked home in a community filled with amenities including an indoor and outdoor pool, tennis courts, sand volleyball pit, weight room & media center, play ground, basketball & softball, and fishing.

This house comfortably sleeps a group of 12 adults in actual beds, and if needed the fold a couch in the bonus room converts to an extended twin bed for 13. Picture 12-13 people in 2,950 sq. ft. home compared to some rentals that are 1/2 to 2/3 the size. There are no sleeper sofas that need to be set up and taken down, enabling you to enjoy the comforts of home as the house is fully equipped.
Conveniently located for all of your typical vacation wants and needs. Plenty for kids and those adults who are still kids at heart to do. The surrounding area and Oceanside Village is far less congested so you can feel relaxed rather than stressed on your vacation. OSV is a gated community with 6 entrances for your safety and convenience. Business Rt. 17 boarders the West end and the Ocean boarders the East.

We elected to purchase this home in OSV rather than other options for a variety of reasons. Quality of construction, size & layout. Community and its amenities, location in proximity to a host of things to entertain ourselves and our guests. The unique in-law suite gives us added flexibility for our long term goals of a retirement home and supplemental income. Quality, spacious, friendly safe neighborhood, amenities to entertain, centrally located, what isn't to like.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Picture relaxing and catching up with friends and family on the front porch. A family gathering like ours at Thanksgiving when we have folks busy preparing dinner in the fully equipped kitchen, others hooting and hollaring while playing Euchre, Bid Euchre or Spades at a large dining table, and others watching a DVD of Barney with the little ones. You can almost hear the volume rising as one outdoes the other.......then you move on downstairs to the other living room and relax with a bit of solitude. A shuttle bus to take you to and from the beach, carts to cruise the community, a host of amenities to entertain everyone when the beach or weather aren't on the agenda and on and on. But most of all imagine you and your friends/family relaxing in a clean and beautifully decorated home with comfortable sleeping arrangements as opposed to being stuffed into a home and beds suited for kids rather than adults.
A fun filled area with shops, arcade, fishing, music with both ends of the pier anchored by local bands drawing people every night.
Within walking distance a large flea market with a wide variety of purchase items can easily help you pass an afternoon. Beside it is a very nice water park.

We recently stayed in this beautiful home. There was 7 of us altogether (various ages) and it worked out perfectly. My husband, myself and my daughter stayed in the lower level of the home. It was perfect for privacy and quiet time. The others stayed on the main floor. There was more than enough space and it truly felt like home away from home. There is a back yard if you want to just sit and look at the fountain - which my husband and I did each morning. My husband and my brother-in-law went fishing 5 minutes away and they had a blast - caught a few small sharks. The early mornings are perfect for a quiet walk along the beach - even saw some dolphins! The golf cart was a riot - everyone enjoyed the rides to and from the beach - that's how they roll in South Carolina! Interestingly enough, my mom who is 69 years old, and who is hard to please, came with us and she has not stopped talking about how lovely this trip was. I would recommend this home to anyone - go ahead - your family will thank you for it!!

This is a beautiful rental. Spacious, well decorated, clean, and animal friendly. The house has great proximity to the beach, and is located in a well maintained, gated community. We will definately be visiting again. Thanks Don and Joan!

Wow - We loved the house and the community. Good location for getting around. The picture don't do the size of the place justice. We found it roomier than we expected from the pix. The golf cart made trips to the beach and the pool fun and an ease to haul all of our "stuff". The owners were very nice to deal with as well.

OMG!! The only reason you don't have more reviews is because anyone that has stayed in your home wants to keep it a secret! The location was awesome! The condition of the home was amazing! The pictures on the site are accurate to the tee (even better!) The ONLY thing we missed about our home was a Lazy Boy recliner! (That's drastic when you can't come up with anything negative except for wanting a recliner to kick back in). We were close enough to the "nightlife of Myrtle Beach" but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of the neighborhood! This was definitely the way to go for our family and friends! I can't THANK YOU enough for everything you offered! We WILL be back (in fact I need the same week next year k?!!!!) and our friends may be contacting you to rent for a few months over the winter! Thanks again from the James' and Presseys' of West Michigan!

We had a great time at this home. Every room looked exactly like the photos. Very spacious, well Kept and very clean. The owners were very helpful with any questions that we had. I would definetly recomend this home to friends and family.There are many great restuarants, miniature golf,golf, shows to see.

Hi Don and Joan - We loved staying in your house; we had a great week, relaxing, walking on the beach, going to Pawley's Island, Murrell's Inlet, and Brookgreen Gardens. I have been going to the area for spring break since my son, who is now 37, was in kindergarten; it's a ritual for me I guess. But I have to say this year's accommodations were the BEST!! I loved the pastel colors of the houses on the street. I hope everything was in order to your liking; we cleaned and vaccumed, and did all the laundry, wiped the refrigerator, and put everything back in its place. My family and I just returned from spending a week in this fantastic home the week of Memorial Day 2010. We had 6 adults, a 9 month old, and 2 small dogs, and there was still lots of room to spare. The house was immaculate, and had everything that we needed for our infant. The Rosiers were wonderful to rent from, and we really appreciate their hospitality. They even sent us a a baby carrier that we left in their garage with no complaints. We'll definitely be back!

After having such a great time earlier in the summer at Don and Joni's home (downstairs), we decided to come back with extended family to the upstairs part of their home. As before, their lovely home is well appointed with all the amenities of home and the convenience of their new golf cart. We had a great time. We love the fun Surfside/Myrtle Beach area as well as the pools and convenient beach access that OceanSide Village provides. There is no better place to vacation :) We plan on coming back again to Don and Joni, and are already recommending their home to our friends and family. We had a wonderful and simply perfect vacation this past week in this community of Bermuda Bay in Ocean Side Village, Surfside. Don and Joni were wonderful to open their beautiful home to us. The reason we come back to OSV and Bermuda Bay in particular is the lovely new homes and all of the amenities. The community has indoor and outdoor pools as well as private beach access (no stress trying to find a parking space). The whole community is set up for golf carts and having a new one supplied with this home rental was great! It was nice to not have to get into a car to take trips to the beach or pools. Surfside is a great location with several piers nearby and close enough to the fun at Myrtle Beach without all the crowds. The house itself is beautifully appointed and Don and Joni were so thoughtful in providing those little amenities you don't think of until you arrive and realize you need. The home linens were high quality too. Again, the Golf Cart was Awesome! And might I say how nice they were giving us tips and being flexible with our stay. It was nice to rent from a private owner who cares and not a large rental company. We look forward to renting from them again!
